Hi everyone!

Each day this gets prettier, great pics everyone, nice plants and flowers.Lets make this doesnt stop.

Lasko, those P3 Ciskei ;) are some pretty girls, love them with that ball of hairs they form. The mauritius is amazing, when do you think you´ll cut her?Any more info on her?Are you on 12/12 schedule with her?

Peace everyone!

Hi again,my turn to contribute with some nice gals

This ones goes for you AH,enjoying here some of your things, and best is still to come.

Transkei

Started the grow 20th July under the sodium at 12/12 schedule.Decided to continue 2 females and guard the best from 3 males.

Started growing with very close internodes, wide and nice leafs.Ive got a good quantity of mites in the indoor and Transkei is maybe the one with less number of them per plant.

The thing changed when started the blooming time. The plant started to strech and separate internodes. The branches are large and give a nice structure to the plant, airy and branchy.Compared to other africans on the grow it wasnt a late starter to form flowers. It grew a lot in very little days and open its structure with long branches as said.

Ive changed to 11/13 the schedule and Transkei is enjoying this change forming faster the flowers. So far the plant is having a nice calix ratio, stigmas are very thin and a bit short, calixes are coveres with resin quite fast.Love this type of buds with resinous small calixes everywere with not much leaf around, hope it continues as so far forming buds.

Once done the fast stretching when started the blooming time the plants seems not to continue to grow bigger and star to form buds. Finally Id say medium sized internodes.

Pics of flowers will be around 20 days of bloom.

Lets illustrate a bit what were talking about :

WOW! Beautiful shots everyone! Thank you all for contributing to this great thread. I hope we can gather a great deal of pictures and information on African Landraces here.

Please feel free to list flowering times, grow style, smells, flavours, effects, background on the plants etc. The more info the better!!

Elmanito, those Early Lesotho buds are looking juicy man. Lots of resin forming I see. How much longer do you think she has? She seems to be progressing quite fast.

Mota, Lovely plants bro! That Senegel Haze is something very beautiful with those long straight red branches and super thin bright green fingers.

Lasco, great pics and girls. I have always liked the look of the Bushmans. How many days do you find she needs to ripen. I heard she was quite fast for a sati.

Txopín-Iruña, very good to see you mate! That Transkei is looking very nice. Are these the ones from me? It's been a while and I can't remember if I included Transkei.
She does look like the mother if it's the same seeds I'm thinking of. The mother had a kind of bubblegum smell in flower. Are you finding any similar aromas?

Most of the African I grow start exactly the same as you found. With squat structure, close internodes and quite broad leaves, but stretch as they grow.

I am very keen to see some more pics to see what else you chose to germinate.
Good luck with them.

Keep them pics coming coming guys, Ah:joint:

Yes AH bushmans are nice. I found they are very fast for a sat. You can cut them down at 50 dayz but i let them for 65 :D for a head power :D

She's looking lovely Elmanito! I love the purple hues. Those are some crazy 3 blade bud leaves on that freaky pheno.

Wow that's quick for a Sativa Lasko!

Here I have a lovely Congo Black male. This one I'm calling the cabbage pheno. Just look at those crazy leaves! The seed was taken from a very dark bud that looked purple and had a very unique berry, wine, fruity purple smell.

These are 3 more of the same seeds I started a little later. Also looking quite fat leaved.

These 2 big ones and the little one to the top right were from different seeds picked from a big light and dark green bud with orange hairs and a fruity, musky smell. Much thinner leaves as you can see.

My nice early Rooibaard male was looking very good untill I noticed he's forming female pistils. Look at his nice structure, he was also very early. Too bad about the herm...

Hey!

Nice pics there El Manito,I see the show began there with very nice flowers & buds :woohoo:.....lovely girls youve got, keep them coming!

Lasko...I have little time and cant come around here all Id like, but well, here we are.Happy to hear you´re enjoying the Ciskeis,I love it :).I´ve got in flo room some P4 from it with some beans forming of the next generation..so far aromas and buds are very very similar.

The Mauritius is a crazy one I´m seeing, wow, youve got a great patience with plants to let them go for so long,Id only tell you to smoke the first spliff of those Mauritis (in Xmas or whenever haha) very slow also,to fully apreciate and finish well all the grow.Very interesting strain, love to see things like that and people growing ´m.

AH...nice plants and genetics youre bringing,as always.Man..you dont stop growing all year long,u tha man :joint:.

Man,I was so so sad....seems like someone dosnt want my poor Congo female to get a boy and have some babys.I selected a male from the seeds you send me,the best one I show when growing, most strong appearance and aroma..and bin the others as I had very little space left.Well, finally the male was not that male but a hermi...showing some female pistils once started to bloom. My fault for only leaving one blooming....

The Transkeis are of course from your seeds :).I like a lot the buds they´re starting to form, with lots os pistils everywere and little number of leafs so far.The calixes covers with resin very soon and smell in first blooming times very fresh and a bit acid......but I think theres a big way left till they show the final and more clear aromas in late blooming time. Will see them in they appear some bublegum smells.Id like to ask you for aproximate times of bloom for this strain as for Swazis and Durbans, just to think when to stop feeding them.

I also have here starting to show flowers some Swazis,Durbans (P/G,SK),Etiopia,with the Transkeis.Love african plants and have also some Congo F1s with Ciskei for example,Lesotho x Uzbeka...the other girls inside are not African but Asiatic..Pakistan,Nepalese...well,half the world here in a little space :)

I´m going to try to take some nice pics this evening but dont know if I´ll have the time to bring them here.

Loving the thread so much, please all continue growing and sharing this jewels!

Peace
