Yes you didn't convert your bed square footage to relate to an acre...once you do so you can get the application ratio by multiplying the % acre X Amount per Acre

The fact is the better your soil the less you need. Just talking about terpenes...they are oils...fat. to get the plant to max out terpenes you have to provide enough energy for the plant to make fat. Then you need to provide enzymes to catalyze the reactions that convert those phospholipids into essential oils. Ideally you are counting on aea/biological advantage for some minor energy input and a whole lot of enzyme co factor support.

The bags I got were 2.2 cf. It lacks n and k for full cyclesm. EC is about 0.3...so it lacks "battery".
It gets plants off to a fantastic start...best I have seen. With some minor amendments it would be fantastic. I tried to get aea to give me the analysis on it but no luck so far. Guess I need to get my own.
FE called penn valley. They gave him some details...like 60% compost along with worm castings, peat and perlite. Amazing it lacks k with that much compost. That midwest bio ag aeromaster composting system is amazing. I gave them a call and they told me who might sell me some local compost

I talked to Gary again and he told me Bio Ad wasn't going to be available to ship for another 3-4weeks.....That is what I keep hearing no matter how much time goes by. So I ordered another batch of Rej, and MicroPak. Just a heads up to those who are waiting for Bio Ad.
Eli at penn farms said its cheaper on shipping if you get a full semi full. West coast bound 21 skids delivery is 3k, if you only buy 2-4 skids it's 2k for the delivery... I'm ordering 10 skids, anyone want to throw down and get a full truckload?
I guess there's some people in Cali that use Midwest bio ag same as penn, wouldn't be hard to mix that compost with peat perlite lava rock and amendments and make it ourself ?
You gotta wonder about the low k. Their source material has to be low k also...that may be the real secret.
I wonder for less than truckloads if ordering through aea may not be cheaper with their ups freight deal. I plan to get a pallet for a couple of indoor beds.

I paid nearly 4 grand for shippin four skids however they said 25 would cost 5 k. I'm in a very rural area so folks in the valley should experience a little lesser rates.
You guys are paying that much for soil delivery?When you guys talk about a truck load you are talking 40 yards right? I can buy 40 yards for the price of your delivery from a soil yard that makes custom mixes with whatever you want. Am I missing something?

I get what your saying, but what makes that soil so much better than soil hand mixed with everything you want in it? The compost? Already biologically alive?
Do you then recycle this soil when used for indoor? Or pay again?
