I live close enough to drive over to sparks and pick up ai ovens but I didn't for a reason, way over priced! I eventually came to love the keda design. The coils being bottom, back, top really give super even heating. I'm sure the thicker full size custom shelves help too and we're worth every penny. Never played with a hydrion so can't comment there.
