The Wonder Diesel is heading into the cure jars, and it is some very nice smoke. The dried buds basically fall into two different groups, one having a rather light, fruity banana smell and the other having a pungent, rather hard to describe lemon peel/pine aroma. The smoke is superb, with a great taste, smooth with a nice combination of head and body stone. Definitely rates a two thumbs up!
Took a few pics tonight of the Wonder Diesel still in flower. I'll give them another week or so and make a final harvest before putting the room into reveg. I did pollinate a few branches, and have a very small quantity of seeds for future use. Here's a peek at the Wonder Diesel still in flower:
Also in the flower room is one of my Big Cindy's, the c99 cross I've been working on for a few years now. It's a wonderful fruity pineapple gal with colorful buds:
Almost ready for harvest are a pair of white rhino gals, and while not heavily covered with trichs, the buds are very thick and heavy with a somewhat earthy, fruity fragrance. Take a look for yourself:
A quick shout out to hardhat22, Neptune, sunny, and ilcstoning, it's nice to have you all drop by. It's great to be back, and I am indeed in a much better frame of mind. Love can be painful, if it wasn't there wouldn't be anything to write songs about!
I hope you all will continue to enjoy the Bud Shack for many years to come.

It's nice to be back at the Bud Shack, seeing some old faces and some new! Like 70s_PotHead said... it going to be a great 2008! Since BuDzZPoWeRs liked the White Rhino budshot, I'd figured I would go and take a little closeup picture tonight as it is an interesting bud formation:
As you can see, it will be a little while before they are ready... no amber trichs visible yet!

Just got back from the Bahamas, what a great way to start off the New Year! Had a great time visiting Atlantis in Nassau, here's a couple of pics from the trip:
I hope everyone had a Very Happy New Year... here's to a Great 2008!!!

Wicked - While I have personally never used a halogen light, it is my understanding they do not provide the proper light spectrum for good plant growth.
