Haven't even touched this Hell Hound expression yet. She's that squat bush (3.5' tall)...in which..I've mused was dominated by the lingering C99 genetics. Not sure I'd say those musings were in line with what she has become...now...70+ days
No citrus..no pineapple...just a mellow funk. Aroma has that Hell Hound touch...but she's not the most overpowering waft..like...some of her sisters are.
Odessa style stacking pinecone flowers...not super dense (like the OG dominated expressions) nor super airy (like the vine expressions)....this Hell Hound girl has hung back...taken her time....and made lots of flowers.
* Looks similar to the "Tropical" Hell Hound F1 mother I used as one of the bean donors...for this run. Lacks the aroma..but structure and shape are accurate
** Have a feeling...she'll have a long creeper head...I don't know why...but something about her demeanor..the way she hangs back..not craving attention
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? What is this??????????
This is the tied down head of the Red Kali Mist F5 (selection #3)...fighting to get herself free of her rigging...as full stretch...full vigor has gotten ahold of her. This one is a fighter
* I'll most likely be training her (and her sisters) into a piece of trellis in the coming weeks. I'd start now....but I'm planning on pollinating her...so will need to be able to haul her ass..out..to another room...for the pollination
I have some old redwood fencing...that I'll lean on the wall...behind the plants. It will be a simple/efficient way of training them onto the wall...a comfortable distance away...from the bulbs. It'll ensure that the plants can't fall forward.
** These are sativas...no doubt about it. So far...they are still foreign to me. Don't think I've ever grown any other sativa hybrids..that remind me of them.
...don't seem like a Haze hybrids...don't seem like Chimera's thick branched Highland Mex hybrid...that silky expression is different. The closest I could come at this point...would have to be...something Flo related...and I'd only say that...because..Flo had that "foreign" feel (though not silky). Vigor wise...no way like Flo. I'll have a better assessment in a couple weeks...I need to see the flower formations
Fun plants...I'm watching
