I have never had a drink in my life so I will be driving tonight. Drinking is bad news in my family. 3 grandparents died before i was born from drinking them selves to death. Same with my mom. She drank to much and died early. So I have never touched the stuff.
Guess that happens when your mom leaves you in a car in the middle of winter when you are 4 to go drink in the bar. So no drinking ever for me.

its almost time for the new horizons fly-by...i know its not live coverage but i will stay up for that...the spacecraft is like several billion miles away...takes some time for the signal to get back to earth...

I took him out to a fancy Greek restaurant, and we had a great time. The old boy doesn't look over 75.

Did a 4 mile hike in the dark last night.We saw a Ship load of deer.Pretty simple night,chinese and watched the end of the netflix series ozarks. Night night by 11.Jumped on here a couple and saw a bit of drama.All cleaned up
I felt like I OD on the salt and MSG.I just cant eat that crap anymore.It wont be the last time I have it but I will put it off till I forget.

That Ozark show is awesome ! I was in bed at midnight as well. Awake , but still in bed none-the-less. Gonna be T-bones on the grill for me today. Neighbor lady who lives alone gets a half cow every winter. She doesn't eat steak and smokes. So guess who trades smoke for local farm raised beef....? This guy, lol.
Montreal Steak has a new seasoning called "Smoky Montreal Steak", shit is so good. Seasoned the steaks yesterday and let them sit all night in the fridge. Tip I learned awhile back for those that don't know. Take the steak out of the fridge and let it sit and get to almost room temp before cooking. It will make it better tasting.
I have half a hog hanging right now at the butcher. Local and organic. Taste so dang good.
This is actually our second time watching the Ozarks on netflix.My Mother wanted to see the second season so Mrs ph was lets do it.No more hallmark channel for moms
Great recommendations on the steak...The prime rib was patted down with paper towels and racked on the counter at 7am this morning.I statigically stab the top of the roast with fillet knife and stick half cloves of garlic in there.
Smoky Montreal Steak I told the wife to check to see if they have it...always looking for recommendations.
I discussed flipping it and doing a full on barbecue but it got vetoed.Nice beef hook up.I just purchased 4 rib roast and cut up half into steaks.5 bucks a pound you gotta jump on that ship.

Stayed in and ate good last night. Wild pink gulf shrimp cocktail, snow crab claws, bluefin tuna poke and a few nice cheeses with Parma prosciutto. Good munchies.
