91'chemdog

how many watts is that led?

They are under 3x 240W - though after reading this read and their tendency to dislike too much light, I dimmed them to about 70%

Appreciate all the responses. I'll post another update in a couple of weeks when they are closer - they are day 51 today but look like they've still got some way to go.

Number 2 looks like the cut pheno
now the clone is out again supposedly havent seen it flowered yet so cant say for sure
but if the clone is out the s1 seed is a choice, ive heard there are better s1 phenos than the cut so theres that
been seeing some of the best chem I have seen in a long time so im stoked your posting these s1 from C :thank you:

I just germed a few of the CSI S1s as well.

I'm no expert but seems like those plants might be getting to much nitrogen? That's a lot of leaf production? And damn they are dark green...
I will post some pictures in a month or two once mine are getting interesting.

Cheers to a good finish

Is there any Bubba Kush in Chem 91, they look a bit similar to a bubba pheno I had but they also remind me of plants I've had trying to reveg. What are your lighting hours?

Nah, I think the closest similarity would be the possible Afghan heritage.

I'm not too surprised by the expressions on these, it's summer here at the moment and the tent has reached 35'C while they've been in flower, and given that Chem 91 seems to prefer more moderate conditions, that coupled with the intense lights is what I think triggered their appearance.

They're starting to fill out now, but still very foxtaily/airy.

They're at 12/12

Hey there! Appreciate you sharing this. I'm running 2 of the '91 S1s right now too. Don't know if I'll find anything but maybe I'll get lucky!

Look forward to hearing/seeing more about how yours go.

Are those chem 91 S1s the closest thing to the real 91 in seed form today? How are some of the other crosses out there with the 91? How close are they to the real thing?

Top Dawg but chances are the 91 stuff is sold out, there was a 91 IX at some point done with the 91 tresdawg BX, if you find it anywhere it's probably a $300 pack

Rusty at Cannaventure does the 91 s1's sometimes he's got heavy sales too. I did a couple they looked pretty good but my first chems so nothing to compare them to. I liked them a bit more than his ghost which was also decent.

Yes, chem91 does best with less light than other strains. Girl scout cookie dominant plants will probably like a similar amount of light.

Running Nspecta 's 91 S1s for the first time. Took me a little bit to get the lights and feeding right, as you will see from some of the yellowing, but she seems to be on track now!

Don't mind the miniature-ness of my plants - I grow in a prohibition country and live in a small apartment.

Chem 91 S1 #1, day 29

For all the gossip about how finnicky they are, I haven't found them too bad to handle.

They did stretch a lot which did necessitate some intense training to keep them small enough for my space, but it should be noted that the internode spacing is tight and consistent. On both. Really nicely structured plants. No nanners that I've spotted yet.

Smell-wise, still too early to tell, but already getting notes of burnt rubber, funk, and the usual afghanica dankness.

Loving this grow. Still got the rest of the pack to look through!
