It's dog. G recently sent me some t shirts along with some glass and it's all spelt Dog.

I remember Rez started to call it dawg to distinguish between the man, dog and the cut dawg.

So for me, it's dog. It's what's on all of G's work.

This is a conversation PBUD had with Adam Dunn in 2014 if anyone is interested.

https://abakusmagazine.wordpress.co...ins-of-chem-dog-and-sour-diesel-by-adam-dunn/

If you do a search on seedf inder Chemdawg shows the correct info. If you use Chemdog it shows up as something Greenhouse seeds made. Many many places have the incorrect information. With sites like Seed finder having the wrong info this problem will never be fixed.

Is there anyway to get veg pics of your cut GOD. I went through most of this thread can't find any vegging pics. I will post some pics of the cut I got in a few more weeks. The odds of being legit are slim but some vegging pics would help.

I have never seen or tried any 'Elite Clones', so it is impossible for me to compare to the real originals but Hazmat OG has some rich and pungent flavours, one i have kept has a real fuely/ diesely type of smell and no citrus.
The only other seed that i grew that had a similar fuely/ diesely smell was a Haunted House 'Underdawg x Strawberry Diesel', but that also had a parallel strong lemon smell with it which i wasn't so fond of, so didn't keep.

So these ghs chem dog seeds I've hade for 6/7 years were actually the real 91 cut ? Is anyone believing that ? I have never even thought about germinating them ( up until a month ago I even thought they were spelled wrong as d.o.g

I'm pretty intense into reading about canna it's really my only outlet for talking pot...etc from were I'm at. I have always thought that the dawg was the correct spelling and I'm pretty sure a lot of others have also

I don't see what the big deal is. I'm half white. If you said OneStonedPony is half caucasian, you still would not be wrong. When you say Chemdog or Chemdawg, is anyone really confused about what lineage you're talking about ? If they are, that's sad. I think it's fu*ked up to argue so much over this strain. To the purist who insist on being right, the truth is pretty obvious, none of these guys: Good Ole Dog, Pbud, JJ NYC, Resdog, Ohsogreen, or Chemdog, bred Chemdog or Chemdawg. None of them can tell anyone exactly what it's made up of. Some folks believe one, or a few of these guys, and bash the rest religiously. Seems like a lot of drama, over a old strain. I say if you're interested in Chemdog, get some seeds from a few sources, a few cuts from a few sources, and grow them all. Keep only what works for you, and ignore the haters. I grew GH's Chemdog and to me, it was just OK. I've grown ISP's Chem's and they were all much better. I can't afford JJ NYC's, and Res's stuff long gone. I did get some seeds from a guy in the Washington in trade, labeled Chem DD f-4's by Lem (something ?), but don't know who he breeds for, or if he's just a guy like me. To the guy on THC Farmer that traded them to me, if you see this pm me.

Ok to add to the Chem Hound drama.
A kid on a you tube video test smoking some GHS chemdog said Dog is an organic grow and Dawg is a chemical fertilizer grow. Haha

@mellowfellow Thanks, the little ziplock they came in had a smudged marker label. They were fire and the yield was good to. I had 6 seeds total, all 6 germinated. Three females, two were real nice, one herm'd but it was my fault. My PH pen was way off and she let me know. She was the only one I had in coco. The other two were in soil, and I was able to correct the PH before it upset those two. I'm going to look up Green Beenz seeds right now. Thanks again.

No problem man. The original chemdog double d was made by rezdog then lemonhoko bred it a number of generations.

Wow. thats a lot of really interesting takes on what people have "heard" Yawn...
Chemdog
Chem 91
Chemdog 91
Chemdog skunkVA cut
Chemdog SKVA cut
Are all the same plant. Have been for the past 20 years.
If you are going to walk around life sharing what you "heard", you might as well be speaking the truth.

I wouldn't say there's any arguing.. It's obvious back when this thread started and the one I liked to witch has been linked in this thread before. Many called it Dawg with no corrections made.. If you go back to the 1st few posts in this thread Nspecta and others used Chemdawg. That was 2007-20013... 2014 and on the name has been Chemdog after PBUD had that conversation with Dunn. Its not hard to find this info. When I did my research there are more places that refer to it as Dawg. Since this is not accurate I don't understand why this wasn't corrected long ago..

I just wanted to grow it and see what it's like.. I very well could have already had it many years ago. I have tried many of the best Cultivars growing up in the 70's that are no longer available..
