Terrific job bro! :)Every time I step in your virtual lounge I am in awe!And things getting better and better.

What kind of larvae are you talking about?Personally I don't use anything for pest control this late except from my eyes and hands, aza is supposed to be ok but I really try to avoid it too close to the end.If we're talking about soil larvae(gnats?) I would go with H2O2.But I can be more paranoid than I should:biggrin:

Hey, Syd, thanks for the kind words/warnings. The small dose of aza either greatly reduced or wiped out the small bloom I had going. I think lowering temps at night helps, too. I had the heat high 70s at night for a while, reveling in my operational heater, and that surely helps things hatch. I don't see anymore tiny half moons in the runoff, and nothing wiggling. Go cold!

Today they're starting week 13 and I took a couple of branches off of Haze x KC 1, then tied the rest of her up for another week or two. SHe was flopping all over the place, so I got a bit impatient finding branches on the floor;) This girl has endured all sorts of abuse and nary a nanner. We'll see how she took this last turn of events! Hopefully can get the rest 2 more weeks or so.

Your namesake Big Freakin Syd is doing VERY well. Looking like a purple KC chunk monster that is giving her last gasp. She's shot maybe 8 total nanners over the last weeks that I've observed like a hawk, plucked and eaten;) seems like the right thing to do and they are a tingly taste carnival of terps. 2 weeks left max, for her lowers to catch up to her uppers.

Panama Haze 2 is chunking out, yellowing and dropping her bigger leaves very fast at this stage, while her sister PH1 is starting to purple some leaves when temps dip into the low 60s at night. Looking very nice and the longest runner in the tent. 50% or so white hairs still, while PH2 is at about 15%.

Malawi x PCK's lower branches are flopping but not yet done and she's very yellow already, still finishing her last foxtails and her inner/bottom buds that still have a good amount of white hairs. Also no nanners on this girl. She's still drinking quite a bit, evidenced by waterfall-like runoff when she's got super dry faster than the others. Everyone's getting very potent organic blackstrap molasses; stuff is huge in CalMag with quite a bit of potassium, iron, zinc and sugars of course;) Even some vitamin B, which I'm not sure is at all good for late flower. Anyhoo, 3/4tsp per gal gets em to .4EC, 2/3 of which is molasses. The girls that go longer are getting additional Big Bloom, soft enough to keep hormones in check;)

Bring the last ones in healthy is all I ask. I'm not sure I got to 13 weeks with my last grow with all the hermies. Things feel much tighter now in the room regarding light leaks and airflow. I may try the Spring run under the Black Dog, as buds were ridonculous under it and it's probably running somewhere near the 650w of the nextlight. Just to see. Won't be a proper comparison as I hope to get the medium right next time and do some serious canopy disciplining. I've always done well with many headed monsters;0)

Pics soon of course, prolly weekend @mid week 13. Be well, enjoy the fruits of yer labors!

Great catching up on your thread dwd. What a gorgeous show...love those Panama Haze's and your OE looked fantastic. OE is such a darn nice plant, you will love her once she cures up a bit. Snow Moon is even better if you grab one of the remaining packs.

Speaking of Zam x KC, after reading your older threads I grew one out and have been enjoying her immensely this winter. Just popped another bean recently and she's poking her head up today. Will be taking cuts this time as it's the old lady's fave right now.

Day 88 or so since flip-pic update 1/2

Day 88 or so since flip-pic update 1/2

Hey, orf and TT, thanks for stopping in. Here are some pics to go with the words, starting with Wicked SYd (HAze x Kali China 2), Malawi x PCK and Haze x KC1. SHould be noted SYd was 12/12 just about from seed, was born weeks after the others and started flower almost 10 days after the others. Looks as if she'll be racing Malawi x PCK and her sister Haze x KC1 to the finish, leaving just the Panama Hazes within 10 days or so.
next update-phazes.

Day 88 pic update 2/2-Panama HAze porn;)

Day 88 pic update 2/2-Panama HAze porn;)

The Panama Hazes (Panamazes?) are going a few more weeks on their own and it looks like from Panama Haze 1's sudden fade that they'll need 1 more good feeding to get them through, at least;) As soon as I said 50 % white hairs on her lost post, she turned another 25% or so red... of course.
There are 2 nanners on Phaze 2 and 1 on Phaze 1 that'll get plucked within the next week. I'll take it;) Didn't hurt Syd to pluck his couple, he'll get to the finish in good form.
Got some good closeups of PH1 and 2, each distinctly beautiful. Any hints on feeding in these last stages is appreciated!

panama haze is now on the list..nice!

From what I've heard about the smoke, good idea;) Haven't tried it yet meself, got a bit to go. Should definitely add Haze x Kali China to the list, some very interesting smoke tests from the first branches taken a week ago.

What's up, Sir Tangwena! Yeah, good times, first Hazy Lady down today and Syd (HAze x Kali China) and Malawi x PCk are coming this week too. Looking nice and toasty;)

Panama Hazes have between 2-4 weeks.

SO the Haze x KCs and the Malawi could have come down a week ago, especially judging by smoke tests of Haze x KC1 taken 1 week back. SO Today I had the pleasure of cutting Haze KC 1's 8 remaining branches and wresting them out of the tent without damaging the PHAzes.
The Panama Hazes have a weird leaf thing going on that could be botrytis, where they dry up into long, dead fingers, necrosis going from tips in. Weird. Anyhoo, flowers look good. The acronym NNN will, from this time on, refer to the absence of new nanners in a given post. NNN, happy to report;)

Here they is, not my best pics, but some good!

Filter shmilter! Don't even have it hooked up;) Thanks for the kind words, my friend!

I was itching to take Syd or the Malawi PCK down this morning, but they've still got a bit of life left, few white hairs here and there. M x PCK threw her first visible nanner, so she's very close. I go in there a few times a day, ready to cut, and walk back out 5 minutes later with a shrug and empty handed;)

All of the Big leaves in the tent are in pretty rough shape, so either the root larvae are back, which I'm not seeing in runoff, or got some botrytis floating around affecting everyone. Have to give the tent a super good cleaning before next run. What worries me is the Panama Hazes needing quite a bit more time and their unhealthy leaves moving into the buds, dying from tips toward stem. Anyway, they look better today than yesterday before .5EC feeding.

14 weeks'll be done on Tuesday. Syd and Malawi will come down and light sched will drop another half hour to 10.5-13.5 to finish the Hazes over the next month.

Gonna get some coco and perlite to pH and precharge with CalMag, clean up the blumats and choose my next victims from the fridge;) I'm pretty sure the 2 remaining Malawi x PCK beans will be in the mix. Dat's da nudes, hope everyone's well and enjoying the reaping and sowing;o)

Hang in there Brother!:tiphat:

Hey, Old Toker, hope this morning finds you well! It's Malawi x PCK's turn to hang, since you mentioned it. Taken at 99 days flower, day 1 of week 15. It was her or Syd, and he/she's decided to reflower a bit on her lowers, and so we dance a little longer;)

AS I mentioned on the real Syd's thread, when I cut M x PCK I found a dry bud on the stem, ready to smoke and absolutely full of seeds. Very mature and dark little stripers. I'm smoking it now with a bit of ZAm in the mix. I'll talk more about the smokes at the end. Also, this is a weighty girl with MANY branches of pink/purple buds, and the cola is quite massive and heavy:thank you:

The Panama Hazes are finishing pretty quick now, in another gear, prolly just need 2 weeks.

Now, the smokes:

The sickly Haze x KC 1 was taken partly at 12 and totally at 13 weeks, both of which are smokeable now. She had some seeds, not many, and is totally green. She is also quite potent; narcotic and zippy at the same time. A bit fruity and sweet, nothing bitter, and three jars full of hazy buds.

Orient Express had hermied the worst of the bunch, and almost imperceptibly, with all the male flowers close to the stem. Nevertheless produced three jars stuffed with medium density buds that smell like orange cream popsicle a bit. Beginning smoke tests got me associating this smoke with a bit of fever, so I don't smoke it when tired. There is a mental floatiness or steady pull from it, plus indica like relaxation. I've had to give it to others to test to get better responses.

The Zamaldelica is my favorite smoke and bud from the three first candidates, also taken earlyish in week 10 and first due to male flowers. It tastes like but better than Amnesia Haze, and is much stronger while being very positive and deep, not very much body stuff going on. A very few seeds in the very dense, pyramidal buds.

It is a lot to say that I haven't touched my remaining Zamaldelica x KC from last year's outdoor in a week or so. I lived on that strain alone for MONTHS. The Zamaldelica fem from current release is stronger and without the fruit or the purple of the KC. Very, very good smoke.

So yesterday I bought some Willie's Reserve NYC Diesel dispensary bud, and I gotta say, it was my first smoke of the day and I hardly got a buzz off a 1/2 gram j. A little numbing around the head, but no effect to speak of hardly. I smoked an admittedly larger spliff of the Haze x KC1 after and was properly altered:biggrin:I've had the same experience with outdoor grown Original Glue#456 in the last week. Nothing but narcotic, no inspiration or energy. I guess you get out what you put in, eh? I did have some nice Jilly Bean the other day, which I've always loved for the taste. High is now meh, used to think it was the dog's balls.

Anyway, I cut one branch of Malawi x PCK 2 days ago that should be dry in another 2. I am VERY curious as to what she's truly like;o) Easy trim, BTW.
Hope all are well and happy that Syd will live another day, and that our own Syd has restarted his grow show (some addictions are harder to kick than others;))
Pics soon, dwd

Hi deepwaterdude,

What a show, amazing sativa colas! :) You have some serious 'massive destruction weapons' with such artillery, glad to see the cycle successfully finishing.

The Malawi x PCK main cola is astonishing, looks like she is showing some purple at the end of flowering, a bit like a mix of purple and green phenos, guess her terpenes are turning more berry and lemony fermented now close to harvest.

The Purple Haze x Kali Chinas are the 'apple of my eyes', although the amazing Panama Haze colas are coming close! Excellent job friend :huggg: as always!

Hi, my good friend! As a scorpio, I look forward to the destruction of which you speak;)

The last Purple Haze x Kali China (SYD) looks absolutely killer; dark purple with massive calyxes and surely ready enough to come down. Also big yielder with fist sized buds and probably around 6 feet tall from a 3 gallon pot!

The Malawi x PCK had many more branches than I could see before harvest; 16 + big cola! Her calyxes are magenta and her hairs white then brown when they die, with very dark green leaves. It gives her a dark pink look and a structure much like some of the purple malawi I've seen. The cola is shaped like a witch's hat;)

I'm puffing on some OE at the moment, very agreeable so0ft, indica side with a mental float and no heaviness. Nice taste on the exhale.

The Panama Haze continue to lose their big leaves either to sickness or old age, revealing long spires of really beautiful flowers. Each plant has about 4 big mains, 4 littler mains and their bottom bushes. Each of the mains is about 3 feet long with some stretch between budsites. Quite a haul of marijuanita for girls in 3 gallon shoes.

May all my Ace friends be well and sated, with many a kind thought and tip of hat to dubi, whose generosity and hard work do not fall on deaf ears:thank you:

Pics day 101-Malawi x PCK Harvest, ZAm, OE and Haze x KC buds and the 3 still going

Pics day 101-Malawi x PCK Harvest, ZAm, OE and Haze x KC buds and the 3 still going

Here are some of the trees and some of the fruits;) My go to right now is the green Haze x KC. Very strong. Stoned now, can't do better on explanation:biggrin:

I wish two things; that I could've kept the two Panama Hazes healthier in this last bit of flower and I honestly can't remember the other, which was more important. Oh, that I could've gotten less blurry pics of Malawi x PCK. What the hell.

It looks with lights off as if the two Panama Hazes will come down before week 16 is done. Just gave them some last molasses and that should finish 'em.

Someone asked me about my startling hermie rate lately and I admit I've kept a secret that I can reveal now that the girls have done their stuff pretty well in spite of it:biggrin: If anyone would like to recreate my amazing success at selfing sturdy strains, one has to but introduce a power strip into the tent with a bright red ON light that one remembers to cover only midway through flower. Heh. Growing stoned. Also a few timer mishaps when changing/lowering light cycles. I don't blame them a bit for being pissed.

I obviously am a little lax on the trimming, may dive back into the dry bud jars and take off the unsightly leaves. When I have 24hrs or so, sigh.
