My Goddess deepwaterdude Your latest update shows an excellent development in the flowering of all your plants You are doing a great job friend!
Great colas on the Malawi x PCK, Orient Express and Panama Hazes.
The Zamaldelica looks like will be a fast finisher!
The upcoming 3-4 weeks are going to be delightful in your garden ;o)
Thanks for the kind and exciting words, Sir dubi, they are like a balm to my normally pessimistic mind If you think they're doing well, then that's exactly what they're doing.
They are at 8 weeks since flip today and pretty soon there'll be some seed porn: M x PCK has a real beauty forming at the top of one of her colitas and Syd has quite a few seeds closing in on maturity. PanHaze2 might also have one popping. Still no visible nanners or pollen drops on leaves, although Zamaldelica's earlyish transition to mid-late flower leads me to suspect her
I think it's time with this last wave of pistils to start flushing OE and maybe Zam, too. They'll get at least 3 more weeks, I think, and their soil has got what it takes to take them home, prolly. I may have to up pot PanHAze2 as she's looking mighty deficient all of a sudden.
I got the timer right and the room is nice and toasty, though there are a lot of curled leaves in the tent ATM. Mainly PH2, syd (as she sits in water, unlike the others) and HAze x KC1, who is still growing, but who won't be a beast, just a tasty lady. I'm good with that, Syd will more than make up for any disappointments in the yield department. Gonna be a big fatty.
Photos in a few days, be well all, dee dubya
Edit: forgot to say that I'm smoking a bit of Panama x ZAmaldelica #1 from last harvest, most lemony, highest yielding plant, though all 3 were. Buds are airy and light, though they are massive and I have a ton of them from that one plant. When you break up the bud, the lemon shines through, they are too dry to sense any other dankness. The smoke is smooth and easy and here's the thing (gonna light one before continuing, refresh me memories), it's got the tired eye stone I remember from both green and red panamas but no red panama mental muddiness and quite a lot of zip. No body heaviness and a nice warmth in the chest. Sweet!
