5400w without touchin the walls

attempted a few closeups since I had the camera out. the left (1st) pic is afghan mango..the right (2nd) pic is a super skunk. The affy mango has 2 large colas..while the super skunk is a more uniform boutique, but smaller colas. I'm tired of the SS and the next round may have to be mostly affy mango.




Also wanted to show a nifty little purchase.. Its called the streamlight clipmate. Basically a green led headlamp which can be removed and clipped elsewhere when need be.

Hey,

The Green LED head lamp came from the hydro shop - $25 which was a bit much, but eh who really gives a shit anyway. I like to support my local guys.

The Ebb & Gro unit is from CAP. Overall great units.

I got a calander for Christmas.Thats the only reason I know what day it is, maybe I should keep track of the flowering days?
PM, I like the fact that I'm not the only one in this condition that gets a good harvest everytime!
I suppose if I got real anal about everything, (temps, days, pruning,etc.) I could improve my yield a bit. But then all the fun would be gone!!!

they are far from great.. but about ready to come down..and then nugs themselves all look pretty tasty.

Unfortunately somewhere along the way I had the ppms too high and burnt them kind bad (2.2EC). At the same time I had a bit of an odor issue with the super skunk...and was forced to stop aircooling my lights and was manually turning on the AC during lights on. I was a little late turning it on one day and temps hit 100 for a few hours.

That being said the pictures make them look way better off then they really are. (I'm embaressed to show a lights off shot). Most of the cola pics are not of the majority of the garden which is super skunk as it was affected the most.

Enjoy - as I will not be enjoying the tedious trim of trying to get all these little burnt bits out of the buds. But it'll pay the bills eh.. think I'm going to hold off cropping in this room again till winter...maybe never.

got nothing next I dont think.

I'm not real comfortable (can one ever be?) at my current spot so I think I'm going to take it easy this summer and throw some parties. It becomes suspicious if I NEVER have anyone over to my house so a break will be good. Have some friends over - let their suspicions die.

In the meantime I'll definately be hunting for better spot - maybe a few acres, central air, attached garage....you know ..a growers paradise..where I can really get perpetual.

No idea what I'll pull. I've only ever ran 5400w one other time. It was in a spot I wasn't living at and I was very uncomfortable. I didn't even want to be there - and it showed. I ended up losing half of the garden due to a pump failure which caused my buckets to stay flooded for 3-4 days. I still pulled 5.5 - 6lbs out of it. My yeilds are never great because I cannot get perpetual and really dial shit in.

In any case I'll be wrapping this thread up with some harvest shots and total tally, then I'm gone.

I'll be back - most likely under a different name. I live and breath this shit. It's what I believe in and I wont ever truly stop until they pry my truncheon from my cold dead fingers .

Nice. I used to change my resi every week and scrub it clean. Then I realized that if I had good biology and good aeration. Why would I add all new water, then nutrient, then ph, and let them deal with some new biology.

I didn't change it once this round. And it looked great.

Calendars are nice. I need one in my regular life.

I started w/ a 250w hps in a dresser.. toyed with 2k in a 4x8 tent (too hot) ..and then pulled off a few 1800w in the same tent.

realized I was wasting the bedroom and should just use the whole thing for bloom. I didnt want to ruin the brand new ceiling so I built a structure out of 2x4 and 4x4 boards to support the lights.

I was going for simple here.
I say..let em hang.

hey man im gonna buy one of those mlc relays. im buying the 16 outlet one and im going to run 12 1000 watters off of it. but i dont understand this trigger cable gig? can you explain this better to me if you can? does all 9 of your 600's kick on at once?! kinda scared of blowing my residential transformer kickin on 12k all at once?
