Hey rad thread. Garden looks clean. I'm running some same bodhi strains in big mounds. How do you do your tall cages? Do you stack and tie two together or can you buy it that wide?

it comes in 5ft rolls and we use bailing wire to connect em. they are double stacked so 10ft cages

Yeah hasn't been over a 100f up here in a few years. Looks like that streak is over next month. Let this be an Indian summer! The girls gonna get big big

Yes your soil is fairly crap looking at those numbers. Do you know what grow phase is and how much the plants use because if you plant to fill the bed you will suffer late in flower..

as far as water go's this is organic right.. Soil needs to ideally be in the 6pH range and water pH is kinda irellivent as the soil will make it what it needs to be.. You must have amended something to get a high pH. Did you not use lime

You'd be better of learning how to cultivate a friable soil organically than wasting money on those amendments and perlite what dilute the CEC of the soil and make it weak causing poor growth and the need of supplementation..

I am just saying that with you thinking your organic when buying in all that media is kinda silly. Up the OM in the soil and you will have better performance, cover it with polythene and it will grow with much less water..

Pictures mean nothing.. Sorry to offend you but your saying your organic but your not growing organically, period..

Learn how cultivate and not just grow a plant and things will improve on the soil tests and you will find the pH settle and the leaf samples will be showing the difference between your nursed soil and the re-amended.. Just start with 1 bed and see what is what, it can't hurt.. Have 2 beds tested see if i am talking shit or if your growing like a douche...

Your plants are really nice but with better soil would be bigger and full of luster. I would aim for 12-20% om content.. You might achieve this by topdressing fan leaves under plastic as the season continues I do not know.. Get it tested. It won't hurt.. As for using straw your test says your N is low as they can't test accurately for this as it is mobile..

I can tell you that mulching with a lignified matter like barley straw or hay will likely cause drawdown and significantly reduce the N causing the plants to not fill the bed and use all the media nutriment what is wasteful..Also next season you will have different levels because of the plants not rapeing the soil by deep into flower..


Do a brix test and see if your over 12 I doubt it... Not with that pH you won't be.. But Meh you got pictures
