damn it been a minute since i have been on here and so much has happened in the last 14 months. im still fighting charges for growing but the good news is that since prop 64 passed its now misdemeanors im facing. It was 3 felonies few weeks ago. crazy times we are living in..

Hoping by posting I can pass some of my good luck over to you. I was busted at the beginning of September. Well over 100 plants and in FED territory.
I got super lucky and the locals didn't turn it over to the FED's . I got it reduced down to a traffic infraction in the end. $25 fine and $93 court surcharge.

Lots of guys making lots of long posts on here saying only a dumbass would vote for prop 64. I am glad that people like you are benefiting from the yes vote.

Prop 64 is definately a touchy subject with most people. I have mixed emotions with it too. It helps me legally and fucks me as a medical patient. Cannabis is not really legal until you can grow as much as you want and prop 64 allows 6 plants so its still far from a perfect.
