Ya it rained for sure on the way to willie wortles!!! We could have used a row boat that day or water wings. :badday:

I was unaware that you'd fallen into a canal. :D

It's only rain ie. water, the same stuff you shower with. one hopes. :D

Smoke enough hazes and bubble with the trichome-riders and I and you wont even notice the rain.

I remember the sunny times more than the slight drizzles, we all walked to Nol's (imagine how short of a ride that would have been).

Last years, last ride out to the Katsu was nothing but sunshine rays. The only clouds, we're self-created.

Amsterdam hills

think sun....

It drizzled a bit farmer but I agree that the weather was mostly pretty pleasant. We enjoyed our boat ride and walking to Nol's place was no drencher but it was wet. I guess people should figure that although normally mild in weather at 420 there is some rain and one night it did storm. I remember hurrying back to my hotel late that night and the boomers were cracking pretty nice. BOG

I should find my pic of me stoned on the boat...

I loved the rain & at times the weather was perfect.

BOG - There was one night we were out & it was like out of a Charles Dickens movie - it was a dark rainy night & with thunder in the background & lightning strikes in the air - the lit with hanging lamps cobblestone streets were like a thing out of history – I stood under a tree in the street & had a very ZEN moment with life – I would not trade that night for anything.

Oh....& for the record - I all but got kicked out of a shop we stopped at that night - the guys did not know it & when they found out - all of them got up & walked out of the place - it was a moment of solidarity & bonding friendships I will remember a long time.

A Zen Moment it was indeed! I feel what you said when I am atop a mountain in winter feeling the 60 mph cold winds blowing by. And that's a nice day up here. :D BOG

Well, TF has given me an idea. :chin: As an incentive for everyone to join in this great
and historic adventure of cycling around with the best guide one could have, we are
going to have special T-shirts printed which will represent the 'TRICHOME RIDERS'....but,
in order to receive one of these very special shirts (only printing a VERY limited
amount) one will have to participate in ALL of TF's tours and we'll award each cycler on
420 at SeedBoutique with this unique gift. :D You will not be able to purchase
one of these very special shirts, they will be awarded ONLY to those who EARN one. :D

If anyone has some artwork to submit for consideration for this special T-shirt
(probably will make them long sleeve) then please drop your submission in here.
The one thing I would like to see worked in the graphic is the text
'Trichome Riders' and 'IC Mag 420 Cup'....thanks TF, that has such a nice
ring to it! :woohoo:

Thanks!

Cool Idea but how can someone like me go on every ride? Sometimes events overlap.

I claim people with quad bypasses who ride should get a tshirt anyways. BOG

Think we'll just leave it up to TF to give us a list of all those who participated.
TF is very fair and I'm sure if someone participates they will get a shirt. :D

Although my wife doesn’t really smoke that much she loves to bike. After showing her this thread, she’s starting to get excited about the Cup. I myself can’t wait!

The 1st I went to Amsterdam I was walking and all of a sudden it started pouring rain. :badday: I mean really coming down. I darted into a gift shop browsed for a minute and bought an umbrella. I went back outside and it had stopped. It didn’t rain again that day.

Nobody is going to be thrown in the canal.

Nobody is going to be thrown in the canal.

The reason being that the canals are polluted. It wouldn't be stoner fun but more like the kind of thing drunks do.

For people who like to ride but don't smoke a lot the coffeeshops are still nice to visit. There is some of the best coffee around and that is good for counteracting those heavy indicas we may find. A lotta frosty fruity drinks will also be available but don't bring the kids. Amsterdam is triple X and adults only in many areas. You wouldn't want your boy scout blinded now would you?

The stoner boat is really an experience everyone who come must have. Although the canals have some urinals running right into them they aren't bad. The water is blue and there is no smell. Riding the canals is the best way to tour without wearing yourself out. The boat is one reason I am bring a note from my mom. I might miss a ride on the bikes if I am on the boat. :yoinks:

Decisions, decisions of what to do is the problem because I have so many friends when in Amsterdam for 420 that I just dont know what to do. You will find there is never enough time to do everything but do some of everything if you can because this is the stoners chance of a lifetime. If this is your first trip to Amsterdam the bikes and the boat are a must. Our captain was really cool and we had a big vaporizor in deck in plain sight.

As we rode along in safety the herb was shared and we got a good high but the best thing is being there with this group. I advise you to be there next time because we all have a place at the 420. Everyone is honored for a change and stoners play and party without fear. It's the best!

the boats vape... BOG

Man you guys and gals, pimping this Adam trip, I am planning on going in '07. But if you keep this up, I might take out a 2nd mortgage on my house so I can come meet and play with all you fine people. You really work your butt off for this event, and I'm sure everyone who attends is appreciative of your efforts.
