tons of cheap land here in tennessee and very wooded! only downside is they are NOT weed friendly here at all. very harsh penalties

Yeah, I hit him with a property out in Macon county earlier :D

While TN isn't the best, it's not too harsh. Possession takes three times to hit felony, and 6 plants and under is the lowest felony, and most non-violent felony firsts are dropped to misdemeanors.

Have you dropped by my MMJ in TN thread? http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=50386&page=1&pp=15

Well, Yukon, I hope you like Coho, Chinook, Silver and King salmon, along with Rainbows and Grayling. You should have all the fish that you could ever eat. Are you near the Susitna? You probably won't be but a couple hours from anchorage, will you(by plane)?
Can you travel back and forth by boat in the winter, or is the river frozen over? Sounds like o piece of heaven. When is spring thaw, there? I can't fucking believe that you can pick this up for $40,000. Even if it needs a lot of work, you have the cabins and plenty of time and most of the equipt., Damn, i hope you get it.Wish the hell I was 30 years younger.

sounds kick ass, that would be a dream come true, who needs to go to town anyway for food? just have some shells and some hooks ready. i'd rarely even go to town i'd just live off the land.

u guys that have lived and been to kodiak island, did u ever find any kodiak gold, it's suppose to come from there but i'm not believing it and no one seems to know anything about the parents...not even reef.

been looking for land (with or w/o house) for 3+ years in the southeast and can't find the right property. primarily interested in conservation and most tracks of land I find have been heavily timbered and are surrounded by ultra conservatives.
