I don't think I've ever been to Mila's - I had a look online for it and found the address as Nieuwe Herengracht 25, near the Waterlooplein.

However I'm not sure if that's the Cup meeting place, as it may be Mila's registered business address?

I'll be arriving on the evening of the 19th and am wondering where people will be then?

The last 2 years most people were at the Greenhouse Effect on Haarlemmerstraat, so I'm not sure what went on at Mila's? - the Cup ceremony? (as I wasn't there for that).

It'd be cool if someone could shine some light on this pls, lol

we will be using the Dampring (the old Pink Floyd coffee shop) in the mornings
Mila's for afternoon meets, the Sound Garden for a general hang out and a venue
for the awards and other night time get togethers is being finalised
and we have bands lined up to play, times & location will be posted soon

Hey OP, its good that you are letting people know about the events n stuff, but what about the entry's, i only have until the end of this week to get my entry in, already mentioned the icmag cup entry information thread, and was wondering if it will be by the end of this week we will be getting the info to send it into, if not its cool, my entry's wont be going in if thats the case, was only 2 entry's anyway, no big deal i guess as im sure there will be plenty more entry's that will make it on time. just dont want to be sending mine in to late with the chance it does not make it, would rather not send it at all, i got 2 days to get this away OP, hope its sometime soon, i will be away for all of next week which only leaves the week that i get back to send it and im off to amsterdam by the end of that week, dont look like a good time for me to be sending anything, if i was going to be here for next week it would not be a problem for me, but im not so it does look like a problem for me unless i can get them away for this week, hope you guys get something sorted soon.

thanks OP, totally understand about giving out the safe addy to early for security reasons, tbh if i was not going to be away for next week it would not be a problem for me and i would not be saying anything about it, but because i am it looks like it will be a struggle to get mine away if i dont get the addy on time which would be a shame as these 2 entry's are really really good, thanks for everything your doing anyway OP, will check back later m8.
