And another room just finished week 1 flower Chow Mix ..Lights on.. We have been playing with high ppm's of foliar feeding 2000 ppm plus with really good results. Adding sea green or Fasilitor to the foliar feeding to allow the high PPM's.. Will get more details once I have some more time.. JACK

jack do u use hps in veg because of the more stretch obtained by the plants or just to save $ on bulbs, we just did testing w new mh 7500k spectrum bulbsthat blew eye horti mh outta the water . so i have mh and hps and its not an issue for me to swap bulbs w adjustawings. thanks again

We have had really good results with vegging with HPS we only veg for 14 days so switching bulbs is not really worth it. But im always looking for new spectrums for the mom rooms. Thanks I will check them out JACK

We use 4 can 150 with 14" fan for every 20 lights. Plus our rooms are sealed and have pocket doors.. I do have another trick for masking smell but I do not want to share it on line at this time...

Hi Jack first of all Im a big fan of your nute and medium experiments. Thanks for letting us in on how they do it biig and efficient! Ive grown many runs with different levels either just FN bloom alone or as a booster in addition to weaker nutes organic like it really makes buds go crazy but FN is pretty hot. big fan of the Roots organic soil with BBiz nutes doesnt get more smelly and tastier then that! But back to my question: How did your BB base nutes with roots soil vrs. FN base nutes roots soil run turn out?any pics of finale any taste jump with BBiz tables ? no worries on the pics but it excited me to see those two side by side real good stuff your covering here though great work! I will have to look for pics it turned out good but those rooms have been changed to coco chow mix we have had way better results with coco as opposed to soil..

I am not trying to take away anything from PK but, lets be real.
I learned absolutely nothing from his thread. The amount of
experimenting that Jack did compared to PK is not even
comparable. PK's room is a part time job. Jacks is not. If
Jack's thread was a book I would buy it. If PK's thread was a
book I would not even read the dust jacket. I am not trying
to get in argument. Just trying keep Jack from abandoning
this thread, there has been way to much noise in it lately.
And imagine it is getting pretty old from his prospective. There

i do the "weave" on my trellis now and love the increase in yield, just makes harvest a bitch because you gotta manually clip each branch off instead of choppin 1 entire plant at a time.

Why not just chop up the trellis and cut it away from the plants then take the plants whole as ususal? Are you reusing the 7" plastic trellis?

Do you think there is a hands down difference (comparable to the extra electric costs) between 1000 watt and 600 watt for veg? You suggested a 600 watt conversion (which is an mh I believe.)

In your opinion, is 1000 watt HPS the best for veg? Considering you use it yourself, I would believe so, but just wanted to confirm. Thank you for your time.

Nice new pics Jack! I see you use a lot of wall mounted fans. Been going through the dozens trying to find one that I like. Bought CAP's and Ecoplus, which I thought were junk, too loud and cheaply made. Looking at 16" Air Kings now. Looked through the thread but didnt see this one answered. Is there one you prefer?
