good points about co2 being a factor in jacks yields...

I recently started using exhale co2 bags, and damn.... the difference is fucking huge!
balancing a bag on each light, 6 lights... not sealed, huge carbon filter goin to a small room, this seeps back in the main room, no exhaust... stopped usin my intake fan since I got co2..$150 for 6 mo :)

another thing not to overlook is the heavy16 base nutes...

been using em on some farm buckets, frosty and smell way better than the same strain grown with foxfarm base, 1st run with heavy so still dialing em in

Due to the fact the bacterial cultures start to replicate within 4-8 hours of application, and fungal cultures will take 12-16 hours to germinate, the best way to apply the bennies is by brewing a tea for 24 hours.

EDIT: IF you are in soil, you only need to add the nute pack once as early as possible in the plant life cycle, and again when you pot up to a bigger size. It is better to apply as a powder, not in tea, and mix at the rate of 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon per gallon of soil to your plants as early as possible, and every time you transplant up.

Here is a tea recipe copied from ICMAG, with my own twist, that will put your plants in to a happy state of being.

1) Add 4 TABLESPOONS of each capulators root and foliar in a 5 gallon bucket.

2) Fill 5 gallon bucket with 4 gallons of RO or distilled water.
Add 50 - 100 ml of liquid carboload, sweet raw, hibrix, regular black strap molasses, or any other liquid carb product of your choice.

3) Fill a stocking with a couple handfuls of earth worm castings. Tie this off and let it float in the solution like a tea bag.

4) Bubble with an air stone and air pump for 24 hours.
Strain again with a cheesecloth, or let settle and take off the top.

5) Dilute 1-2 cups per 10 gallons and add to the reservoir, or use as an individual drench. This works GREAT in a turbo or easy cloner, or even on your cuttings in a dome.

Refrigerate for up to 10 days so you can use it the following week.
(EDIT: aeroic bacteria would do best if the tea is used right away. Just because it CAN be refrigerated up to a week doesn't necessarily mean you are getting the most bang for your buck that way.

You can always cut back on material to make just a gallon, or even a half gallon so that you don't waste. Its really easy to make... the hardest part about it is waiting for it to be done.

Now, the bacteria will die off no matter what if there is nothing for them to eat, so really you are killing bacteria all the time in a hydro setting, where there is no soil that is "breaking down"

These packs are a mix of a shitload of bacteria, but they rarely all go to work right away when they are applied. some make it and some don't, it depends on their environment and what they have to process. )

Additional goodies:
Add a couple of handfuls of alfalfa meal in with the earth worm castings, to provide a great boost to plant vitality.

Apply tea once a week or every other week for best results during veg and flower

Can be used up to flush.

This will deter all soil borne pathogens and insects, if using the foliar pack. I have successfully used this tea to destroy a fungus gnat population and keep my roots white and pythium free. There are other farmers here that have used it to kill their root aphid infestations.

I have found brewing straight tea and not diluting it will kill fungus knats .Plus you cant over do it the more the better...Your plants will be so green and healthy and Your roots willl be all white and fuzzy..I will never grow with out this stuff...

Jack a few Q's for you to A...Would you say CO2 or Aptus make a bigger difference? Also I thought I read add the Fasilitor to plain water first sit for 5-15 mins..then add base and additives...then ph? Is this the correct order or do I have it confused?

I was seriously a click a way from buying a 500ml for $372 but wanted to ask if that's a fair price. If Krunch and Y4P wanna split a bigger bottle then I may be up for that...I know those douche nozzles are reading this. 5000ml for $3049 y'all ready to ante up?

Unknown.
Fasilitor is mixed at 60 ml per 100 gallon so that will go along way..Remember not every feeding we use Aptus. The way I do it is Add Fasilitor Add Base nutes, Add Aptus boosters Let sit 15 minutes add ph up then feed with in 3 days I prefer same day or next day but thats just me...
Sick bro! So even, so nice!

Question for ya, are you guys plucking your fan leafs? If not, those are really fuckin nice sog strains man.
We start at end of week 5 plucking fan leaves and go all the way until harvest we pluck every day..
Jack I went to the Grundfos website to try and find the pump you use but I can't find it. I want to try doing your techniques but have always been scared to try it. Next year they are completely banning OD growing and I have to learn how to grow indoors. I would love to learn your way of growing.

Its all part of it..The Bennies are like a big shot of vitamins for your roots and plants.. They love it...
The eBay link that someone provided is for a rather ambiguous auction, it doesn't list the dosage rates. How many gallons does 1oz make? It seems to run about $25/oz but gets better with bulk.

Also Jack,

What brand alfalfa and worm castings do you use, and what are the dosage rates per/g for both of these plus the mollases? Any other tips on the brewing process?

Thanks.
Down to earth Alfalfa and the worm castings I will check comes in a 15 lb bag ..
