snow flurries last 3 days, more coming. i don't care; already been to grocery store & laid in more weed. got enough fire wood for next 2 winters, new tires on jeep. BRING IT ON, MOTHER NATURE!!!

nope, just 6 or 7 inches so far. but i gotta confess. on the way home this morning, AOH got overconfident from nearly 50 years driving in snow & ice & missed the curve on a 4 lane highway. when i first got sideways, i thought "no sweat, happened a hundred times". when i hit the ditch in the median at 40 STILL going sideways, i thought "hmmm. don't recall this part of the movie". it was like in slow-mo, until it was over. then i started it back up & drove out of the culvert. anywhere i can put my jeep, i can (normally, lol) drive it out.

Sorry to rub that in, there's very little thats positive in the North West of England generally, not freezing to death is one of them..

got up to almost 60 f yesterday. fired up the charcoal grill & fixed hamburgers for supper. birds singing, @#$%$#@ mosquitoes buzzing around, lol. looking like last winter; coldest weather in late Nov. & early Dec., rain rest of winter... oh well...
