Not sure about this light - but a lot of stuff made in China is made by the same manufacturers, with a different brand name on it. So I could order a thousand manufactured "Radioman branded LED Grow lights" & sell them to people shopping on Amazon. Forget about copyright protections in China - there are none. So if "Company A" makes a great light, "Company B" will just make a "Knock Off" of it and sell it. Look on Amazon or Ebay - there are tons of stuff being sold that way. It's all about the "Sale" nowadays. Look at all the cheap stuff "Made in China" now and the low quality of the item - Chinese stuff is made as cheap as possible and not built to last...

lol, Most if not all LED grow lights made today are from China. It's never mattered where there made. All must make the light per vendor specs. All companies look for a manufacturing plant that can build their products to spec the cheapest.

This particular led is an extreme example. I'm sure there were no specs to follow other than the spectrum produced. The diodes used I'm sure were the cheapest available.

Yeah. In end just depends on what particular person is doing. I'll compare last 4 plants #s, with current (which should be 10 weeks away) and if it's better than it's good for me. They are all clones of same strain. Light distrubution is much better. My vegetables are doing much better with the lights this replaced for sure.

This light does have an area opposite side driver/dimmer switch where ppfd measures about 130 lower. Other 4 corners fairly equal. Anyone else have that?

Didn't notice it before, I'll check again next chance I get.

Is this a design issue in where the LED's are put or are you saying they are going bad over time?
Not an over time thing. May just be way power distributed throughout light/design/specific drivers. Left corners runs slight more ppfd than right.
