Lol, that’s a bit harsh… besides we only have to wait about 10-15 years before nature takes care of that. ;) You guys did bring us a lot of good weed though, so you’re not all that bad.
We Boomers killed off everyone over 30 in our youthful wisdom. I'm going to agree with the young lady above.

Fuggin' Boomers, @Brother Nature! 15 years may not be a long enough timeline to rid the planet of them. Lizards live long time.

:D

Nothing bad has happened. We are getting along fine with the Europeans again (a large part of the world that thinks like us). Gas is cheep, even with Russia shuuting the oil off. Most everyone that wants one has a job, and the national debt has not been pushed through the stratosphere like it was with numb nuts 45. The propaganda machine is cranking it out to make this look bad.

that's not a tough choice at all...unless you enjoy licking the boots of the fascist...we've got several like that on here. :shucks:
the democratic ascent into neoliberalism gave us fascist republicans.

democrats moved to the right and abandoned the working class, republicans moved far right and used fascistic fake populism to win over an abandoned working class. the more we elect neo liberals, the more fascist we will get as a country.

the very thing that you think is the solution, is the cause for this problem in the first place.

I'm not letting anyone get elected. You also seemed to miss the part where I said electing neoliberals is driving people into the arms of fascists.

It's liberals hell bent on cancelling primaries and going with this guy;

Such an "important election" yet the Dems can't make a single concession to the left to try and get their vote. Instead they concern troll.

I stand corrected, all this time it was liberals who were creating fascists. And i thought it was ignorance!

Today, Hunter Biden appeared at the Capitol and tried to testify in an open hearing. He was rejected and now Jim Jordan says he wants him held in contempt of Congress for not appearing at a closed-door hearing. Jordan also said that when someone is subpoenaed by Congress he should appear.

The same Jim Jordan did not appear when he was subpoenaed by the Jan 6 committee.

Abandonment of the working class in favor of corporatism, austerity, privatization of utilities and services, sky high health care costs, tax cuts for billionaires, and globalism is definitely what gets you working class support what was i thinking.

the working class loves it when you - kill their unions, jobs, and towns in favor of making a small minority of capitalists mega rich. I guess they can buy a flat screen for $150 now so that's a good tradeoff.

if you replay the clip and listen carefully this is what the quote should have looked like.

"After October 7th, my father.... a father returned to his Kibbutz to salvage what he could...." he realized he had misspoken and immediately corrected himself.

contrast that to Trump's hundreds if not thousands of gaffes such as; he defeated Obama to win the election and then he's going to save us from WW2.

and the Revolutionary Army seized control of the airports during the Revolutionary War.

i would think that a Trump supporter would avoid mentioning anyone's gaffes just to avoid the subject.

austerity? that's a word the GOP likes to use as an excuse for cutting social services for those least able to afford them. there used to be unions helping the working class. "right to work" laws in nearly every red state (plus egregious union overreach) pretty much killed that. "tax cuts for billionaires"...isn't that what The Chump pushed through? cuts for the rest of us expire next year, not those for the rich. it was not the Democrats that have been working tirelessly to kill off unions.

This and many of your other statements are not rational with your support of Trump.

Here you seem to logically support the working class, unionization, deprivatization, regulated healthcare, and redistribution of wealth through higher taxation rates for the wealthy. All ideas of which come from socialism, whether libertarian or statist.

This shows a misunderstanding of the core differences between capitalism and socialism. McCarthyism in this country has led every one of us to be taught that socialism's only form is that of communism or of the statist variety. And thus inherently the enemy of freedom of both thought and practice. The communist defeats of libertarian socialism have hidden and trampled on these thoughts especially in Eastern Europe. But the writings and ideas are still there written for all to study and glean what they may from their texts.

Capitalism on the other hand will always play out into an oligarchy. It's the penultimate point of capitalism being the apex before the rapid decline. Rule by wealth is the only goal capitalism can achieve. It's literally "He who has the gold, makes the rules." Hence large corporations, conglomerates, and ultra wealthy individuals can pass legislation and act with impunity. Which in turn, leads to their acquisition of more assets and capital.

There was a time in this country that socialist unions kept the capitalist leaders somewhat in check. It began in the early 1900s but has been swiftly stripped away since the 1950s. If you need examples of this I suggest a history book or two before you engage in these types of discussion.

Blindly following any leader who supports capitalism (Any and all politicians in this country) and eschews all points of socialism is a fools errand and an egregious mistake that further hurts every single American that works for a living.

No politician has the working class' interest in mind. That doesn't pay then as well. Their merely overpaid mouthpieces for corporations via lobbying and other backroom dealings.
