LED's make lighting anything possible. 12v systems off car batteries will work for weeks without charge. Those solar lights will run long enough to keep your plants in veg. Buy a hood with the light you choose (even a cheap one) to direct light so your neighbors don't catch the light. Many options if you choose to go that way. If your talking acres once things go legal, then you might need greenhouses. Or the proper genetics like you have been saying.

They use 23w CFL in the jungle with no hoods

The whole c. Occidental area is former FARC controlled territory that is on stolen power even!! Ha! Love the dedication of the marimberos!

Hey Caterpillar710

Two things. I just sent you a hit on IG. Want two, hundred packs. Pre-order?

Other thing, what do you guys use to harvest your seeds? I have been doing a little more breeding as of late, and a fully seeded plant is hard to deal with. Lots of trim to separate from the seeds, and one of those seed separating machines looks nice. Can't find any for cannabis, or any that isn't $10k.

how about 10 bucks gold rock sieve

get your weed crispy dry , break it all up in a trash can , tip it through the screen into a bucket blow of the fines . the seed remains clean as . the key is the crispy weed though so it crumbles effortlessly .

a large plant can be done in 10/20 minutes start to finish .

Dakota seed separator.

We don't do any pre order or anything like that , we will be coming with a lot of stock. We know the seeds aren't easy to get so we want to make sure any one who comes to the Emerald cup and wants the opportunity to grow these seeds can do so. Last year we only ran out of one strain and it was on Sunday.

I have to ask the breeder at south fork if he's gonna do 100 seed packs of cherry at the cup , I know the stock on SFK is high though.

SlowNickel - Thing about cannabis, most strains will grow in your area. You might need some supplemental light to get the ladies large and keep them in veg, but they will grow like wild fire on your farm. I would stick to land race sativa's for best success, however I would wager most plant will shine for you. Just don't forget the gypsum.......

LMAO dude to funny

Yo slow do what they do best in peru gro coco plant if i lived there oh my oh my and don't forget the bat guano its everywhere as well but again so is chemical nutes is that not what most all farmers use there ??? lol so forget the Gyp and chem it up like every farmer does there :)

Organic growing in peru is like being black and going to a KKK meeting

you might need a machine with your operation but, do you know the technique with a slanted table and you use a card to scoop and fluff up the bud and the seeds roll down to the bottom of the table./?

Seriously, how do you get so many bud sites. It's insane! You must really have to power through the end of the season, cause that lady demands energy. Very Nice.

I don't stop feeding them.

Bud sites from correct nutrition , or as slow nickel calls it the Amish woowoo program

I also set them up for it by creating as much physical space for them to fill up as I can by forcing them early to grow outward. Makes all the Inside stuff people normally cut off and waste turn in to what you see in the picture

I need to work on that. I believe you called them pull downs? Something I mean to talk to you about if you have time at the cup. I have some large plants, but if you count the bud sites, you are killing me.

Speaking of large plants, I measured what I believe to be my largest plant. Not including the pot, 13' tall, 12' wide and 38' around. Pretty sure that is my personal best, and lots of bud sites to go along with it.

Nice ! I'll take a pic of some of my biggest ones today when it warms up a bit.

Yea exactly we pull them down. Exactly what it sounds like.

We got 5' tall remesh cage 2.5' diameter that goes on when the plant gets transplanted and then all the branches get pulled down horizontal as low as they can (sometimes you'll break shit if you do it at the wrong time or like a jack ass and just wrench on them) almost to the point of breaking it off. It's like with pruning if you didn't question yourself on if you just messed up you didn't pull it low enough

Emerald cup is insane. Last year as soon as we set our booth up we had people in front of our table talking, puffing ( I try to avoid smoking too much because I have to talk all day ) and supporting the collective until we called it quits Sunday night. We had a few people helping us out last year , gonna see what we can do this year

im excited to try the two wave hold down. If i know the mom as well as I think I do, This should real some fairly early , large yielding high quality......and it does the pull down technique for itself half the time. Curious to see what the chemdog does to that. ChEErs.
