Has anyone ever attempted a massive scrog screen frame to train an outdoor monster?

That's what my mesh cages do but they're vertical

Ah, a vertical scrog!I ❤️ scrogging! I think a horizontal scrog on one of you beasts would be pretty nifty!! Do you seriously like bud light? Honestly, that is my favorite 😀😀

No you're missing the joke DAT. I'm saying if it isn't OG Kush then it is bud light ... Get it? Lightweight high?

Scrog flat indoor is cool but the sun moves through the day. The flat scrog is the top of the plant.

Seriously, how do you get so many bud sites. It's insane! You must really have to power through the end of the season, cause that lady demands energy. Very Nice.

Its all got to do with training right from putting them in there spot top and fim and crop and before you know it you got a massive bush
some strains naturally get it , taking on the sativa side others no matter what will not ..
At the end of the day its amount of time you spend crawling up the latter and cropping here is a plant i only super cropped 3 times had buds from 1" off the ground to the top 12 x 13 wide plant

I don't do any of the things you mentioned

especially breaking branches ... Why would you want to crush the xylem and phloem!? How good do you eat with crushed throat

Slip,

Does this mean you clean off the inner bud sites as well as leaves inside or you just let everything grow and just stack em in tight on top of each other?

Slip,

Last year i let it grow i got 3.5 pounds off one plant that was A grade weed and little over a pound of B grade larf ,,
On the plant i am doing now out door i started removing deep inside larf buds forming that upper plant is tied back she is 9 - 10 feet tall
bent over and is 7.5 - 8 feet now that aluminum barrel is 4 footer gives everyone a idea pics are deceiving here some inner larf buds from last years grow still was killer
but in my area like now my night temps are 0 - 4 degrees C last year i harvested that plant novermber 15 th @ - 12 degrees C :) or 10.4 degrees F and that was second frost
This year i will post pictures of a foot or 2 of snow when it comes down here some real natural frost on buds :)

Strain was cherry pie

I would love to see a picture of some of the training you do. Maybe a picture from spring? I try to clean the inside 2' minimum of the plant, all throughout growth. However I never do any pulldowns. Some strains perform well on their own, and some look like a good topping or pulldown techniques would work well.

I would have to call BS not to many plants will naturally do this when we look at natural grown plants they grow christmass tree like indica dominant..
sativa on other hand tends to grow squirly still christmass tree like in structure but with way more lateral branching and off shoots.
Another true way would be monster cropping which is flowered clones that will shoot out branches and mad bud sites every where

If it was natural, the way they grow into massive bushes there be no need for a ladder which we see in many out door grows in VEG interesting enough these cultivators will crop all tops weekly forcing new shoots and branches to form only time a ladder would be needed is when chop time comes :) :tiphat:

indoor is monster cropped ,, then other plants 80 plants grown naturally an flowering christmass tree like

Wouldn't take sherlock holmes to figure out that them big massive trees have intense training involved

i usually start with seeds every spring and start training as plant grows unsexed does not matter usually top around 4th week and start super cropping from there once sexed i move forward with females males pending if i want seeds and male looks decent i might keep and test but yeah.
top and all new shoots and lateral shoots super crop and keep cropping and before you know it you have lots of tops and in turn during veg they will grow branches

this is a great idea not only does crushing the stem create a stronger stem that will eventually be able to hold a heavy bud rather then fall over this is one of the main reasons people put netting up to support bud sites..
In nature we can expect over 30 percent of the plant to get attacked by insects naturally this also creates more leaf and branching , creating a bigger plant but in most cases you will never see it grown that way because precautions are in place oils pesticides are implimented in most MJ out door grows ..
weather Hail winds naturally does some cropping for plants ..

where in nature do you see mJ plants using cages and nettings ???
you don't
most of all out door big plant grows have staff there daily tending to plants manicuring cloneing spraying etc

way i look at it supercropping does in fact create stronger branching and with faking the plant that its damaged the lower shoot thinks its the dominant one

If you take a look at the grows that are killing it in yield per plant Indoor or out door excessive training was done:thank you:
