Greetings,
The oldest Spyder is now 22 days old, still hasn't shown sex even though one of the younger Spyders has shown stigmas already. They're all really pale and sickly looking, I can't seem to get them happy. I give them 1ml FloraMicro and 1.5ml of FloraBloom per liter once a day and water till run off. I tried changing the ratios but the plants just got worse.

First week down, Indigo is blowing up, some lst and watered once a day. using technaflora nutrients. First time so i have no idea what to expect from them, but i know my indigo so i'll be able to judge the outcome.
Sour Hawaiian Punch, it's a very indica, slow slow slow lol. no gender established yet.

I got the rest of mine transplanted, Hope to have pictures next few days, but they seem to be recovering nicely from the abuse they got when being cloned.

watering my yogis today for the first time,
they are living beneath a set of t5's right now, fed them floralicious and GH lucas formula base nutes.

hicksticky

Still at large...
Man I guess I am slacking lol, missed the beginning.
Better late than never........ I am in, probably a combo of clones and seeds.
Now only to sort though some seeds to pick the right ones.........
advise anyone, what tends to deal better? Sat's or Indies

I things the better choice are indicas cuz sativas usualy are more sensitive and tend to over nute more easy, also are more tall so i think and easy indica must be the right ones

yesterday began flowering under 400 watts MH.
still yellow and stunted compared to her sisters in 2 gallons, my initial entry is limping along.

original entry (chemdog X white widow)

the three revegged clones got me to thinking and I somehow remembered why I had them revegging in the cloner for so long...cause I wanted to save the phenotype...duh!
so I up-potted the most sativa leaning girl and here are the two that were left:

(bushy pheno)

(other)
last and least is the sour diesel seedling that I started last week...seedlings having a hard time in this ewc mix...

i'm planning on 60 days flower at least...that's about 10 weeks or so.

best to all of you

Psyphish, you're not providing enough N. Thats why your plants are chlorotic, and watering to run-off isn't necessary with such a low feed level. It is if you feed at very high rates of N, but not in this case. I would up my feed levels in your situation, and stop watering to run-off each day. You could be inadvertently killing off your fine root hairs with too much leaching.

This is the GH mix Im using on seedlings from Day 1:
Micro @ 10ml/gallon
Grow @ 4.75ml/gallon
Bloom @ 5.4ml/gallon

I do amend with a few other things, but that alone will give you healthy plants as long as your environment suitable.

Next time the coco dries up I'm going to feed them with 1.6ml micro and 2.0ml bloom and without run off. All the plants have their leaves pulled towards the main stem for some reason, also one of the plants has started to get small brown spots on it's leaves. This all seems like balancing between right amount of moisture and nutrients. I'm going to keep at it till I get a healthy freaking Spyder.

For the European brothers, that would be:
2.64 ml / L Micro
1.25 ml / L Grow
1.42 ml / L Bloom

Thank you very much for this, Dave! Do you also do watering with plain water or just stick to this formula every watering?

I hope your increased feed level helps them out some. I would strongly suggest downloading hydrobuddy software and learning how to use it so you know exactly what the nutrient profile you're using.

The loss of turgidity shown by your plants in the pics can also be partially attributed to a low EC in the media. Rather than being related to over-watering solely.

The brown spotting should stop once you up the feed levels. Some of my recent control plants developed brown spotting without feeding, but stopped once I introduced nutrients.

Funny how I like to use metric and imperial together in my measurements :). I just happen to have a lot of gallon jugs laying around for mixing nutrients in, and between me and you the metric system is superior, ldo.

I fertigate most times, although I do mix in some regular waterings from time to time when I see the EC is drifting too high in the soil solution. I use suction lysimeters to allow for daily measurements so that I can make changes in my nutrition program on the snap.

2/11/15 Update:

2/11/15 Update:

I'll start this post with some information about the seeds I'm using:

Maple Leaf Indica®
 • Sensi Seeds
 • Short flowering period (45 - 50 days)
 • Average height gain
 • 100% Indica
 • Large Yield
 • Regular strain

I got a 10 pack of those but only 3 germed, 2 males 1 female. The female was pollinated with one of the males, and that's where baby's come from. 0_0

I have grown a few cuttings of the seed mama unpollinated. Her smell while in heavy flower is of sour dairy and not pleasant in the least. The flavor of the dabbed bubble hash was very kushy with a nice pine aftertaste. The first dab almost has a racy effect, but the more you smoke the more drowsy you get.

shit, i just murdered my BS in the yogi cup... (buddhas sister), slipped out of my hand and snapped the lil plant off right at soil level. fuck

also, put some "collar rings" around the top of my yogi cups, like E&A... to keep water from spilling out and carrying soil away with it.

fuck it, i have other rooted clones, might replace the killed one, might just stick with 4...

(in creaky old man voice) Holey cups..aye ;}) I may enter this round got some weird ass bagseedfind reminds me of xxx and hp 13 slightly unstable , absolutely hates this swampy ass beach air throws mold every time but is some exotic flavor gives me flashbacks. My water is retrieved from a dehumidifier so far so good(the state of Ca. is missing out)
My medium is an organic based mixture of;
coir 30-40%. ewc 70-60% Neemseed meal, Oyster shell powder, Humic acid crystals,Rock phosphate and dolomite lime, coffe grounds egg shells, ash from sessions, occasional uric deposit :)
I will feed a 3 punch combo of psbg, Vegan coconut based lacto with unsulfured molasses as well as dairy lacto b. (homemade of course) and 3rd Worm tea with molasses.

Ok just a clone selection and photo away question the roots: so we are expected to prune right ? like before the photo so like once per 3 weeks to keep within the min of the rules?
Anybody else going all organic?(cept for the hard rock minerals)

Oh damn.
I've had some close calls as well, being in the red cups makes them pretty top heavy...
