Just got my Passport yesterday. Shit after seeing the picture.....if I was a foreign country I wouldn't let me in.

Yup I think Blatant that all of them are set up for passports. I just went to my local one. You can get your picture elsewhere and save a few bucks I think. They tell ya 4 to 6 weeks so you'll be fine.

Relatively straight forward... I believe most Post Offices have the form to fill out, asking for a lotta personal info, obviously.

Not all POs can accept the application for processing... Your local branch can tell you where the nearest processing branch is. They will ask a few silly questions, have you sign the form in front of them, and then it is sent off for processing...

I believe mine took about a month also, but that's been a few ago now...

Yeah I'm working on my passport now. If anyone trying to get a passport has a prior felony conviction, get to work now. It could take awhile. Thats if they even will give you one. I hope everything works out with my passport. If so Me and the Mrs. will be in the dam for 420
