When I was about 16 I gave a two year old a nice size glass of beer and got him drunk enough not to be able to walk, Now 20 years later I have three great kids that have never done any sort of drug and all do great in school

They probably fucking did steal your hubcaps, if you'd actually read the article then you'd realize the cops found the tape among stolen goods, on a stolen video camera. Their petty thefts were so poorly done they left enough evidence for the police to get a search warrant. Not only are they half assed thieves but they violated their nephews 14th amendment rights, gave minors a drug against their will on more than one occasion. You call us hypocrits, but you people are all for the amendments that pertain to you getting high, but when it comes to the rest of the constitution and laws you could care less.

the thing is that the children didn't know what they were doing, and its up to who ever is looking after the children to make sure they don't hurt themselves in any way.

what does this have to do with mcdonalds, everyone knows mcdonalds is bad for you.....arguing that kids should smoke weed cause they can eat maccas is avoiding the issue..... this is about some 17 and 18 year old kid, encouraging their VERY young nephews to smoke weed....if you think kids should be smoking weed then your twisted.....period same as when your a young child your mind and body are developing, so eating lots of bad food and smoking weed and drinking alchohol AND lets not forget going to the gym and working out is bad for a childs development.

kids shouldnt be overeating junkfood, getting drunk or getting high, let alone smoking anything..

I smoked Cannabis when I was as young as 8, and my developing mind wasn't damaged.

In fact, I flat out lived off Cannabis, smoking it everyday when I was young.

Unlike the non existent issue of young children who are now brain damaged from smoking Cannabis at a young age, there are tens of millions of obese children in this country, and it is actually a real problem.

Not to mention the real problem you have when the state takes you away from your family to be raised in a truly abusive and miserable enviroment.

These kids still need to be punished for passin' a blunt to a toddlers. If you guys saw the news this morning, the kid made a statement and said he was TOO HIGH TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOIN. Man, he's just making stoners look worse and worse. There's no way in hell I would get so high that I'd pass toddlers a blunt. That being said, I wouldn't give 'em a cigarette or alcohol either.

They should get probation (which is expensive) or a fine for the blunt thing. They should definitely get jailtime for stealing shit though. There's a special place in hell for thieves.

"Drugs made me do it" is a classic excuse.

If you ever went inside county jail you would see that every other inmate claims they got drunk and don't remember doing X, Y, and Z.

The kid is scared, so he is going to claim herb made him do it.

I have been insanely stoned at times, and I always knew what I was doing.

The kid will probably end up checking himself into rehab on the advice of his lawyer, and go into court and tell the judge he has been purged of the demon herb and is ready to be a good Christian now.

It is like a witch hunt.

He has to say this shit, what is he supposed to do, go in front of the judge/media and say "I knew what I was doing, I love marijuana, I don't think it is that big of a deal."?
