had another question for you all. ever since i began flowering i've had two hermies but didn't kill them because they look so good. i thought i would just pick off the balls as they come but there were some that got away from and bursted open. is it a sure thing that my garden is fertilized now?? is there a way that the pollen can be sterile because i have no signs of seeds and i've been flowering for 30+ days. thx guys, some eye candy ...

cjk - If you got them when they first opened, you are likely in good shape. It takes a full day or two for the opening flower to really spread its petals, and allow the pollen to dry before it drops it. Also, if you only have an exhaust fan, and not one blowing directly on the plants, that helps your chances for a seed-free crop even more.

okay, cool. thx for your help man. i'll let you know how it goes. any guesses on strain?? the seeds were sent from a member of the board last year. turned out quite nice i must say.

Here is an update for my grow.I have 35 more days till harvest.I gave it its last feeding becouse it was yellowing pretty early.I still dont know what the hell is eating my plant but owell I think it will make it.

I transplanted the little one into a gallon container and it has starting growing alot but its a male I think.I dont have any pics of it but will get some when it shows sex.I got my bubble bags here is a pic of them.

Does anyone know if Hashberry makes FMCD?I looked on my SB account and two payments have made it in on DEC 12th but I want to know were my money for the Satori seeds is.I sent the payment out in one letter that I put all three of the payment forms in I will email them about that today.

Really hard to say, but judging by the pic's in your gallery, I'll bet its at least 70% Sativa and likely has origins in a very warm weather climate.

water kills pollen - so consider spraying down your plants and the walls of your cab.

Hey discoduck: How did you check, then fix the pH of your soil in the middle of flowering?
Nice looking plants all!

vintner, after the first couple of weeks in veg, I noticed signs of problems like rust spots on the leaves. etc. I only mix nutes at half strength but was making the mistake of feeding each and every watering.
I bought a ph test tube and measured my water ph at about 6.5 (I'm growing in soil.) By the time I add the nutrients the ph drops to about 6.0. Add the fact that I fed both plants with each watering, no wonder I almost kilt 'em!

I'm now feeding every other watering and I put a little hardwood ash in my water to raise the ph about a point. Now the runoff ph reads about 6.5 to 6.8 and I've had to live with keeping my fingers crossed and hope for a harvest. Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated.

Hope everybody had a Merry Christmas.....and Happy smokin' New Year.
