    I don't monitor too much. I eat simple mostlyl but what I want. I have found that if you stay trim, with little or no body fat, your body will regulate itself just about perfectly. Since I don't drink or smoke, this works for me too. Ane, like you, I never judge.

    Most of the time I do too. I give myself some grace on yearly vacations and holidays. Then diet until back to 0 again. Life is too short not to have a little bit of carefree fun. I don't drink or smoke ever. Partake at a minimum, if any. :cautious:

    I fluctuate at about 0-5 lbs above my high school weight. And I was skinny! So far, so good. But I check my stomach and weight daily. Gotta be careful. :p

    Not promoting it, but I do use it in my coffee, with whole milk. My stomach just can'tt take black anymore So I compromise. This is the closest to Turbinado I found for a moderate price. Unrefined and unprocessed. Just dried evaporated cane juice. About $10 at Costco. YMMV :giggle:
