With a simple search I found a couple of places that still have Double Thai in stock. I got mine directly from Ace, even though they did not have it listed any more at the time. I also think the sales rep mentioned they would in fact make another batch at some point.
I don't agree with you about the potency and trip potential. My DT take my fairly tolerant ass to an uncomfortable place with moderately high doses, but mellow out later. Same sort of evolution as Double Jam, though with different effects.
Yeah it's not that, I wouldn't even have the funds for them anyway at the time. Also buying old seeds from longflowering sativas is a little bit of a gamble, running them is quite the commitment after all, so shelf life is important. Especially if like in this case males are scarce.
Feel free to disagree. Entirely possible that I didn't do them justice or the early pollination stunted things a bit. I guess it also depends on ones definition of trippy weed. I usually smoked two doobies of DT to get where I wanted to be.
What i really like about DT, is that I often did consider to smoke some more, but most of the time decided against it. One of the main reasons why I wanted to get some more seeds. It's a nice change from the fiendish worked indicas & sativas. However, at no point did DT trigger my HPPD, other quicker sativas sometimes do. I'd recommend to get some seeds while they're still available.
I have no doubt that there are some intense plants in there .
