hey, wanna show u my new grow guys, on the left side i got mom/veg box with 18w cfl and the bigtower is flowering room with 125w grow light, those greenlinks are nirvanas ak48 now in second week of veg. sry for bad ql, grow it IT!!

Hi all PC growers!

This is my current set up. This will be my 3rd attempt in this cab.


(normally the pot is higher - raised on some cd's)


I had some issues with humidity, but after some modifications it's better now

I'm using 3 x 24W CFL's with warm light spectrum (~2700K I think)

Right now I'm starting HOT IN MIX, curious how it turns out

Man been checking this out on other forums...shoulda been here the whole time!! I just got my 2 120mm Noctua fans in the mail...got power strip..mylar...soil....bulbs 4x 26 for veg and 4x the T2 Fresh odor eliminator bulbs for flowering. Looking at getting the ANtec Two Hundred case...cheap...front bottom intake port and muiltiple exhausts...ill post up...

Now to get osme light traps INSIDE the case for stealth..

Hi guys I have a question that needs to be answered quickly

Tomorrow I am going away for 3 days and in my pc cab I currently have a female plant which has been flowering for 4 weeks and I also have a 14-18 day old plant which hasn't showed sex yet. When I inspected it earlier today I could see small things popping out at the bottom of the branches and I am wondering... is it beginning to show sex or is the things that I see new branches coming out?
Lets say its a male, will it be able to pollinate the female during those three days?

edit: the last plant has been on 12/12 since seed, thats why im not sure.

Hey CNTN, check out the Antec THREE HUNDRED case. 18.5x8x18.5 inside, 2 120 mm fan slots in the front, and in the back there's 2 120mm fan spaces, one on the back wall and one on the back top I use for exhaust. Got it for under 75 with shipping from amazon.

I'm 2 to 3 weeks into a new grow in my pc cases. I'm still using the small tower case that I've shown in this thread before. I just remodeled my mid tower case with a 120mm and a 90mm exhaust fans, and a 60mm for intake. I have three power strips put in, up, across, and down the back side panel, one is actually a pc surge protector strip that everything else in the case is powered from. I have three 26w/100w CFL's for light running at 12/12. Because I have so many outlets in the case I can move the lights to the height I need without having to stack books, CD's, or DVD's to get my new plants up to the light. Instead I can bring the light down to them. So far it's working good. I'll post some pictures of the case later, as soon as I can get them. But I have some of my own F1's and some good bag seed started, some are a week to 2 weeks ahead of the others.

Hi all, have been reading and absorbing all the info hear and am going to attempt my first pc grow....cool. The cab. is up and running and am doing some temp checks at the moment whilst I wait on some seeds to germinate.
Never thought about such a small grow before until I read through this thread, so am looking forward to see the results.

DETONESMOKER, those plants are looking just fine dude will be curious as to how they turn out, and thanks for the input on germinating those old seeds of mine as well, still waiting on things to happen there tho..lol

I will post up some pics of the cabinet soon

This plant has been flowering for about 4 weeks now and a couple of days ago brown spots started to appear on the sterms of the leaves (if thats what is called?) could it be that it needs some nutes? I haven't given it any but its been in a rich soil the past 4 weeks. It appears on more leaves then what is shown in the picture.

I transplanted them 10 days ago. 1 died on me. Other is doing good. Your very welcome bro, I just put 10 in a napkin today. Thinkin im gonna do a 12/12 from seed SOG

Throw a picture of the whole plant for us. How did you post your photo like that btw?

Please give more specs. what light do you use, what soil etc. In my opinion it might be some pH issues

Hi all as promised yesterday here are some pics of my cab.

So what do you all think?? the size of the grow chamber is 300mm long (1 foot) x 320mm high ( a little over a foot) x 155mm ( about 6 inch's).

At the moment I am drawing in air from the grow chamber into the cool chamber to keep the lights cooler but will be drwing air from the outside and separate shortly. Have had this running 24/7 now for nearly a week and am able to keep temps to within 3 deg celcius of ambient temps. Currently running 2 x 28watt cfls, 1 daylight and 1 warm white.

Any comments welcome and appreciated....

Here are the pictures (sorry about the size of the photo's I'm using my web cam and it's a old one.)of the ATX Mid tower pc case I just finished and am using now along with my other one. I used the front covers from the CD and Floppy drives for more realism. I have a 120mm and a 90mm fan for exhaust in the back. I wired a plug to the old power supplies plug and switch wires so it uses the computer power cord and switch. And I have a pc surge protector strip plugged into it that powers the two other power strips and the 1 amp ac power supply for the fans I can also move the lights around to adjust for plant height or to side light the plants. And even add more lights if desired. I put a 60mm fan at the intake to assist air flow. And as you can see I'm using three 26w/100w CFL's. I've got plants in it already and it works good. I thought about all of the good ideas I've seen folks using here and figured I'd use some of them in this case. So I really have everybody here to thank for sharing their case pictures.
