I actually found it out, they ship from France. It was well hidden in the Limited Responsibility Policy.

Yes, it is correct. They wrote it in the Limited Responsibility Policy of each product. I did not find it initially though, they should have written it in their Shipping & Returns section or in their FAQ though (or better both).

It took a very long time to get my order.

The last package I received took about two weeks to arrive in the US. This was their latest seed drop for patreon members though. Not sure how long of a turnaround for processing orders. You can always join the discord to ask any questions as they have been active in there.
