As I have been saying, since the day before yesterday there has been a strong wind that is not usual in my area. This morning, when I went up to my small ganjanal, I found this poor little one, which was probably blown away by the wind from its usual tree or rock perch, and it has attached itself with all its strength to the anti-bird mesh that covers "La Perrera", my small crop rectangle; As the morning progressed, the wind calmed down, and the very young bat flew away as best he could without being swept away again:

Just a note: Zamaldelica is Zamal x Old Killer Malawi/Meao Thai, does not contain 2 Thais like Golden Tiger 2nd version does.

...Nothing like waking up from a night of partying without any hangover and fresh as a lettuce... It has been mentioned that I already had two lower branches of the Zamaldélica dry (I cut them around the twenties of October as a precaution for bending over on the wet floor all night, and to be able to try an early sample, incidentally), and fill the house with people... Bastards, when I call you to get a manicure, not even God comes... Still I have people dozing on the sofas... -"Come on, go out, go to the street... A cup of black coffee for everyone and everyone go home; there's no more ganja or rum left, and I don't have a bed for so many people"-...

...As for the early sample of Zamaldélica, if its freshly cut smell was tangerine with a slight finish of very fruity, dry melon, its smell is sweet orangey with a now even lighter finish , melon. When you carve it, it smells like smelling a jug of sugary orangeade, alone and exclusively. When smoking it in a joint, the smell and flavor coincide, and a slight fruity finish is added to the previous orangeade, although now I wouldn't know how to choose melon or mango, or a mixture of both... As for its psychoactivity, it is better to judge it in other circumstances than to mix it with rum; Of course, it is clear that it is happy and powerful: this early sample is already more so than my previous Zamaldélica, harvested on November 8, but left almost without care in a semi-guerrilla state from the end of September until its harvest.

i mentioned previously that i had some Zamaldelica from the first f1 and i have one male that has a stem that has a smell that could be described as 'mango carrot'.

kind of mostly mango but with some of the bitterness of the carrot.

i assume this is the main trait i would look for in a male to collect some pollen?

Hi @comfy markoth depends on your breeding goals, whether youare looking for Zamal dom or Golden Tiger dom expressions. Zamaldelica plants leaning to Zamal have shorter node distance, more horizontal branching, shorter flowering time, fruitier terpenes, while plants leaning to GT have more upwards branching of moderate-long node length, longer flowering times, and spicy, woody, lemony and cat piss leaning more towards to Thai.

I was looking for what you considered the best from these genes.... which you said was the mango carrot phenotype in a past conversation.

The male mango carrot plant i have does indeed have shorter nodes than the other 2 females.
So, it seems i should have a decent enough male here to collect some pollen.

She is still pushing flowers although it was quite cold already. Expecting Minus 1 next week.
I don't know how much longer she is going to make it, but my friends will put her behind the windows in the end.
She could have such huge flowers if she had more time, look at this.
