Been hitting that hashish for a while, never disappoints.

I have two other flavors that I also enjoy, Sam's Thai Haze x Skunk
and the cross I'm working, bagseed x (sensi star x nycd).

They all are different, but the thunk hash is my all around fave,
if I had to choose.

But the Zamaldelica buds or cob is the most piercing high gear I
have ever come across.

Dude that Cob looks amazing and the hash, man awesome! I got to read up on the cobbing, but it looks pretty clear in your journal. Awesome stuff Cat!

Mm-mm-mMM!

That zamaldelica hashish is cured well over a year.

I can take two maybe three hits in a session. Its
similar to other plant based smoke-ables, without
the crushing withdrawals, lol

Dream like traveling swirly mind zoned warmth.

You guys are welcome, this zamaldelica is versatile.

The cob, for now, is daytime gear, cured 25 days is
a little fresh for my tastes. Everyone else commented the
same. Doesn't tear you up, but a novice would puke and
want to die, lol

The hashish, on the other hand, just takes you in its arms
and hugs you, for hours.

Just flipped a Z01, been in veg a while and after
her cuttings rooted into the flower box she went.

I culled the Z02 awhile ago, she was stressed and
I thought her similarity to the thunk in effect was
redundant. I will miss the pineapple scent/taste.

sigh.

There is a thunk in flower now, so I have that going for
me, which is nice.

Will post pics as soon as I get around to it, natch.

Thunk is done with stretch, will yield well, she takes up
almost a third of the box canopy, lots of pistols, just now
starting to scent, and what a nice scent.

The Z 01 is still stretching, won't top out for a couple more weeks.

Her cuttings are growing well in veg, will flip one in a couple weeks
and hold one as a mum.

Zamaldelica, Z 01, in flower:

This plant vegged a few months, she'll stretch some more
before crowning.

Just shows ths plant can take some abuse and still produce
most excellent buds.

This is the only strain that i have done a cob sweat, ice water hash,
as well as long term bud cure.

Here's two rooted cuttings taken from that Z 01,
prior to flipping that long veg mum:

I'll keep one as a new mum and flip the other one.

She is looking good to me dc. Flip away!

You know it, after the bagseed project has the backcross,
I can enjoy more room in the veg box to properly
prep the plants for pflower.

lol

Zamaldelica is such a good strain, and I am very
glad to have her in flower again.

Barely feed N and she still show N toxicity, not dialed, lol

This is the plant I most respect in my garden.

Hey Cat,

Do you ever have any trouble with root bound plants when using those small containers, particularly with the longer flowering Zams?

Excellent question, and yes, I had a Zamaldelica, pineapple
pheno that flowered in veg 16/8. I kept her a couple runs
but she culled now.

See this post:

The Z 01 I flower is a beast, one day I hope to flower her
outdoors to really appreciate her.

The Z 01 has adapted well to the small container, 16 ounce.
I take cuttings every couple months to avoid her stressing.

I just wish I had the space to grow her out every time.

Cut her down today, she hit a wall, and I checked
the roots.

Roots no good, brown and very sad.

I'll rot some cuttings for the spring.

Cut into the main stem near the root ball.
Is there any coloration, like red?
Cut the stem higher up and look at the xylem. Is it clogged?

If so, that'd be Fusarium

Dang, sorry she went south.
Spring back stronger :)

Cut stem near rootball shows no red, however a few
leaves had rust spots and brown crispy edges.

Will do bleach added at 0.4 mL/gal first dose on
other suspect plants, and then do 0.2 mL/gal
every other day.

I'll run the bleach for a couple weeks and see.

If this is fusarium, the Ridomil Gold SL Fungicide
is a good, if costly, remedy.
