If you purchase a gun that you didn't buy in the store out the box you never know what the gun was used for. Even from shows you don't know what your getting. Some people aren't fortunate enough to be able to purchase legal guns. So until they run that serial # and take a ballistics test you don't know what the gun was used for...

Not tryin to be funny but I know if I fucked with someone who got caught with 85 plants and didn't even get probation, I'd wannna see it. Where I'm from mother fuckers wanna see your paperwork off top, especially if you get a deal like you did. My money says you gave up somebody. Shit you right back at it, like your not on the radar. Not that it really matters what I think, but shit ain't addin up.... MHO

Why is when someone doesn't get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, then shares their story people on this site are always either a) saying they are liars or b) accusing them of shit or c) calling them stupid and pretending to know the ins and outs of the laws EVERYWHERE

Not to say, CherChezLaGhost, that you are not entitled to your opinion, or that you do this chronically, just saying it happens a lot on these types of forums. I am in no way trying to single you out.

We should all be happy that a member of OUR community is not behind bars, hope he learns from his mistakes, offer advice etc. but don't be a douche

your argument makes no sense...if i buy a gun legally at a gun show and they find it has "bodies" on it (lol) what do you think will happen?

Second who the fuck is stupid enough to buy a gun legally then commit murder then sell it to someone at a gunshow? A vendor at a gun show will not buy a gun that is "hot" right? Third the only reason to have a throwaway is to kill someone with it and then throw it away..... why would he have something like this? I'll tell you because it's prolly all bullshit...

If you can do math, it actually does add up. It was My first offense, I had a great lawyer, and maybe I just got lucky. In addition, in my state marijuana is not a top priority...heroin, pills and guns are the focus. My state goes by weight, and the 85 plants came out to 4.5 ounces (plants were still small). don't hate congratulate!! Calling me a rat with absolutely no proof is not cool. But like i said everyone is entitled to their opinion.

misery loves company it seems on these boards. thanks RB, your exactly right in your assessment. This is what happens when you share a story. for every douche their are 20 non douche's so it's not all bad.
