your personal waste of time and space?

what seeds have you bought and grown out, only to be dissapointed with? i personally grew out nirvanas b52 only to practically through it all away. i know they where not top genetics but were a waste of time and space in my 600 watt garden. whats your experiance?

My last grow turned out to be all males except for the runt. Even in veg they had nutrient problems the whole time.I got an ounce for my 3 months of effort.But it is excellent smoke.

Does that count??

But other than that ,I haven't met a strain I didn't like

I picked up the 5 pack of different POKush crosses SD had on special awhile back (same ones they have been giving out as freebies of late)

lower then average germ rates...got alot of hermies...and only a few poor yielding ladies (though very tasty)
...not worth the time/effort to grow them out indoors imo: and I have gave up on the few I still have left and have no plan on growing them out unless I find a local outdoor grower willing to take them

I also had a bad batch of Nirvana B-52's...only 4 out of 10 germed...all 4 males

also had bad luck with the KC Brains strains I picked up in the past...not anything like the genes advertised (all tend to have tall stretchy hermie proned jungle sativa traits (even his so called pure indicas)

....though I don't blame SD...just the crap seed breeders
and I have since moved on to better breeders with much better results
and chalk it up as a learning experience

super skunk from nirvana,only got 2 females out of the lot.both sucked,ive never seen plants that grow no tops.buds lower on the main or branches were bigger.odd stuff

ok so bad seed germination rates for these seeds but what about growing a strain out only to find the high or yeild very dissapointing? i mean have you grown anything out that has been hyped and buzzed around these websites and magazines only to grow it out and its practically rope quality?

Kulu's Hindu Kush X Skunk#1, 11 weeks flowering, as much kush asan oak tree, ol. and it sucked, no crystals , it had no flavour, and no buzz, a waste of electricity and nutrient. I killed the mother straight away!

POK Kush x White Giant ll I got these seeds as freebies so I'm not complaining. Several were cracked and all where a light green, almost white. Obviously immature and not one of them germed. What the hell, they were free, I'm just glad I didn't pay for them. Peace. TJ

Here is my adventure in SA Durban xSkunk #1 land. I started 10 seeds, nothing. I started another 10 seeds, nothing again. I figured it was the seeds because I had several other beans sprout. I did some research here and there and I know that Durban is sativa(or mostly). Sativa's need a lot of water and I didn't know that. I never water a lot when i start seeds because I dont want fungus to kill them. Well anyway, i put 10 in coir(coconut) and put them in a tray full of water with a heatpad underneath and air stones. Well i got 5 out of 10 and 3 have made it so far. My conclusion has been that if you want to grow these then you better not have anything else in mind to grow with them. Temps need to be kinda high, around 90*F. Also don't even add nutes until they get to be about 4 inches tall, mine are getting burned with aquarium water(fish emulsion tea).

I had some shity ass Master Kush, it yielded great, grew vigorously, but had no trichs, no flav, no high.

Never grew it again.

It probably wasn't the real MK

My friend is dissapointed with KC Brains, Tall stretchy, hermied somewhat
germ rate was bad.. He ended up growing out a clone. looks pretty nice looks like a sativa though. it hermied as well but only on 2 branches on 1 node both sides. He yanked the lil nuts. And they have not grown back its almost into its 3rd week or flowering. buds are starting to get thicker. i can see lil trichs already.. Anyway
My bro has also tried NL Special, from KC germed 5 1 popped then turned male.

wow kc aint doin so good! see i figured id take my freebies and germ them to plant outside this year but now i am rethinking it ! i think refferman might get a bit of my cash for nigerian nightmare. does anyone one have a well know strain other than master kush that turned out to be a huge dissapointment? i seem to have heard alot of bad stuff about th seeds hog?
