rules are rules, OO, sorry ;D
looks good tho, as good as hemp growin in a yogi cup can look,
shit, you stuck with it and followed thru, kudos
Still gonna post is today :D .
Can't give a weight though, it's less than 1 gram... smells piny-resinous, herbal, a bit tart, and most of all it has a strong aroma of roasted hazelnuts. Too bad I don't like roasted hazelnuts... LoL
And thanks :)

...
RULES
Read Closely

...
3) each contestant can enter up to 10 yogurt cup plants (one plant per cup), but must choose only one to be judged.
...
Which one shall it be?

BTW who judges and when? Obviously, it is rather pointless to judge when there's no 'real' price to win... but what about a batch? Maybe Yogi Master for the winner and Yogi Monster as booby price? :D

I love these threads, this should become some kind of professional sport or ...something. Whatever the gardening version of a sport is? I just want to be able to download a podcast and hear commentary from growing experts about the pros and cons of the competitors strategies, have bonsai specialists review the methods of root trimming...

...do you know what I mean?

A world where watching "grass" grow (although preferably edited highlights) is literally entertainment, that's what legalisation means to me.

I feel like I got WAY too high while reading this thread.

The Steaks Have Never Been Higher, I love that.

I really like the yogi cup demos, seems counter productive,
but guys like Greenmatter and Eighths proved the converse is true.

And of course, you guys suk.

I may do it again, I have no shame.

Well, I still don't have 600W or a drip system.

I'm pheno hunting F2's of a silly breeding project, maybe
put one into the new yogi contest?

high guys, i have been lurking around this thread for the past few weeks and have started my own yogi cups on easter weekend.
i know it is cutting it late but my theory was that they should go only a few days in veg and then directly into flower.

4 clones were delivered...
one was unlabeled (out of contest)
of the 3 possible contenders one other was a 'double clone' (2 clones in 1 cube-also out of the contest)

for the 2 suitable 'yogi challenge' contenders, i bought some mozzarella balls that were in the right sized pots and got to planting.

first i poked some holes in the cups with my 'seam ripper' from my sewing kit.

then i shaved off some of the rockwool cube to fit into the cups.

i mixed up a small batch of soil-
equal parts-

organic soil with worm castings
recycled coco
perlite
vermiculite

i put a thin layer of perlite at the bottom of the cups for drainage and another thin layer of soil on top of that to set the cube on.

then filled around the cubes with the soil mix leaving enough
space at the top of the cup for watering.
