Yet Another PC Grow Thread

THC Bomb #1 has about two weeks left. It's water only for her now. I noticed a bit of burn on the tips too, so it's good timing. She's the clone I flowered to determine sex. Her mom is now in my filing cabinet and her sister is in veg.


Next up are the two DOG at six weeks. These two didn't do well with 12/12 from seed. I took a side branch and cloned DOG2 (in front). I'm glad i did because she had a lot of purple. I'll have to smoke them to see which has the same high and taste as mom.


Delicious Cheese Candy at three weeks (back) flowering. She looks like she will grow well in this setup too.


Holy Grail 69 also at three weeks. This one is pretty short, broad leafed and probably indica leaning. I'm excited about this one.


Juanita de Lagrimosa at one week flowering. It's amazing how much different her sister looks veging in a bigger pot. This strain is good medicine for me.


Afghani female also at one week. The other one was male and removed.


This poor Mexican is finally starting to get it's roots established. I accidentally yanked and flooded and about killed it a few times.


Pineapple Express poked up, not sure if the other one will. I kind of put them into the soil a little hot. They got plain water.


Here is the state of the box today. This weekend I'm going to germinate two Super Lemon Haze seeds.

T#1, DOG1, and DOG2 are on a water only diet from here on out. The DCC and HG69 got watered with the runoff. Everything else got fed the usual.

SLH1 and SLH2 get put into soda bottles and in the PC. They are a little bigger than I like to put them in.

THC Bomb. She is ready to harvest in 9 days. For this project, everything is getting chopped 9 weeks from the time I see pistils. This is one of the things I'm breeding for, a 9 week strain. I'm also selecting plants based on which ones do better with 12/12 from seed and this micro SOG environment.


DOG1 (back) and DOG2 are examples of ones that will be culled. They did not perform well in here and DOG2 even burned a lot of her top cola in the light. Had to cut that off and break her neck just to keep her in there. That being said, I got a clone off of her and am happy about that. She has some beautiful purple and smells hashy and sweet just like her mom.


SLH1 (top) and SLH2 are both abvoe ground today. I'll leave the plastic on for a few more days.


The state of the box today. The soda bottles all look much better right now. Different soil, different nutrients, different way of watering. The only thing that is the same is the amount of soil the container can hold.


Putting these under 24/0 in the LED cabinet has really helped getting these to revert back to a vegetative state. You can see little round single leaves starting to grow out of the buds. PE1 is the one that I would prefer to run again. She is more potent, more resinous, and has a better structure for growing in the LED. PE2 however, did have a better smell and flavor.

THC Bomb will be ready in five more days. The DOG will be ready in nine more days. They all got plain pH 6.0 water. DCC and HG69 got fed the normal canna nutrients. The soda bottles get the Dr.Bud treatment. This week I added MEX3 and MEX4. MEX1 showed pistils today, so today is day 0 flowering.

Oh yeah, 12/12 from seed and some Bonsai Sultan breeding all in an old PC. Honestly it's my favorite of my three cabs.

THC Bomb day 61. This girl has quite a few leaves, but also a lot of resin. She doesn't have a very strong oder yet smells of citric and pine when rubbed. She's just gotten water for the last two weeks and is yellowing out quite nicely.


How about a closer look at that resin, definitely a lot of cloudy trichromes with maybe a little bit of amber in there.


Next up is DOG1 at day 59. I'm not too impressed with the way she performed in the PC. She smells of musk and spice without even needing to rub her.


Here is a close up of one of her buds. Again mostly cloudy, with very little (if any) amber.


Here is DOG2 with her broken neck. Again this plant did not do well 12/12 from seed, or in a SOG. This plant wants to branch out and stretch her legs. I may try a couple more seeds to see if it was me or the genetics that caused so much stretch. She branched out early and I cut it and was able to get it to root. So I have a mom of this one. Smells strongly of spice and musk and really got a nice purple to the leaves.


Another close up. Up close she looks the same as her sister, DOG1. Again mostly cloudy with barely any amber.

DCC at day 43. I'm pretty excited for her to finish up. If she smokes as well as she grows she will be a winner. Free seeds FTW.


Another free seed, HG69 also at 43 days. This one is another one I'm looking forward to. A short resiny little dame.


AFG2 at 18 days. This is one of the first to go in soda bottles. A pure Indica, this one has dark green leaves that are very broad.


JDL2 also at 18 days. Her sister is being groomed into a mom and will be grown in my main grow very soon. This strain is good medicine for me.


Finally, here is MEX1 at only 3 days old. She is starting to grow very vigorously and also has broad leaves like the AFG.

Next harvest is here. This is the THC Bomb clone I put in here to sex. Manicured the buds and put them on a screen to dry for a few days. These seeds will be F3s.


I had an extra Juanita la Lagrimosa clone thought I could run it in comparison to her sister. On the left are the empty containers for this week's seed pop. I decided to try the Deadhead OG again. I'll be harvesting those in four more days.

After a couple of days to dry this one came in at 2.4 grams.


Got a good number of seeds. These are basically F3, so there should be quite a bit of variation in these.


I got a bunch of these containers and a label maker. So I organized my seeds.

Deadhead OG at 62 days. I'm going to try some more seeds and I already have a DOG2 clone. DOG1 is going back in veg.

Fed everything except DCC and HG69. They are both on day 50 so they get plain water.


After drying for a few days, Here is DOG2 at 3.5g.


DOG1 also at 3.5g, but I left the bottom buds for reverting back to veg.


DOG1 was heavily seeded, so I had to get a second vile. The total weight of seeds was 1.2g! I got two joints out of it. DOG2 only had 0.6g of seeds, so I got three joints worth.

HG69 at 52 days. This one I'm excited about, it's a little on the small side though.


DCC also at 52 days. This one smells just like it's name Delicious Cheese Candy.


JDL2 at 28 days. This will not last long, I love CBD! I definitely want to dust this girl with some pollen, but I don't have any males right now.


AFG2 also at 28 days. This girl is so short, maybe too much but I'm hoping for some good couch lock from her.


Here is MEX1 at 12 days. Who knows what she is going to be like.


PE3 at Day0, just now showing me she is a girl.


The state of the box today. I have three pots with just soil in them in the back row. They will receive this week's seeds. This week they will be some mystery seeds I got in a trade.

The two PE are still reverting to veg. Giving them enough time to get a good clone of each.

Ive been problem solving my case and believe I may have sloved the problem of getting the pots at different heights within the case.
Couldn't you just make a set of steps from chicken wire to sit the pots on top?

That would work or using something as a step, brick or inverted rectangle container, then board atop. Lots of different ways to different heights of pots.

I don't raise my pots in my PC, but I do use an inverted pot in veg often. Works great, just don't knock it over.

Overall shot of the PC. The two mystery seeds MYS1 and MYS2 are poking their heads above ground today. One needed a little help shedding it's helmet. PE3 is stretching like crazy, its taller than MEX1 already. Nothing is coming out this week, so I only have one empty spot.

Awwww nuts! One of my SLH is a male. Odd, I thought they were feminised seeds from light stress. Perhaps it's just a hermie and just showing male parts first.


Arranged the plants by size this time. I try to move them each time I feed.

This week I'm starting some random F2s from a buddy's outdoor this year. He said the mother smelled like strawberries and cream in veg, so that's what I'll call it for now.
