I'm not talking about confiscating the servers, I'm talking about the feds going in with a letter from the attorney general and installing a carnivore or other packet sniffer that will monitor all content entering and leaving the server... IP's, PM's, everything... there's no warrant required, after all we're at war and we'll just have to get used to having fewer civil liberties, right?
It would be nice to know how often this happens, or if people are going to jail because of it, but the ISP's get slapped with gag orders and the cases get tried in secret courts in the name of national security. Is it 1984 yet?
