yahooka has been around for a long time. i found it before i found overgrow almost 5 years ago, and i think is how i found seedsdirect. thanks yahooka! it was completely information-based so i wonder what the grounds for takeover was.

Yahooka was not shut down, i spoke to testclear and it is down because of a server/HD failure. Not the dea, not the fbi. End of

i've never been to Ya Hooka or wtfever but can say w/ confidence : when some1 posts on a board saying it's been taken over by the Fed's, it's likely been taken over by the Fed's.

OK, the deal with YaHooka?
The server bit a drive, it wasn't found right away either by the look of things.
None of the mods knew obviously.
There has been talk of a software upgrade also, so I would imagine they will be doing these things while it's down.

I don't know if any of the databases were destroyed or not,
but Monday at about 5:12 my time the board was up but would not log me in.
It was up for 15 mins and then down again.

No F B I or D E A involvement that I know of, I'm still here right? ;)
It'll be back before you know it.
While you displaced YaHookans are here, check out seedbay, like a damn candy store.
Dan needs christmas gifts heh heh heh

hiya danda,I miss my fix of hooka too.but i figgered a hardware snafu.yahooka's been a true testcase of just what can and will go wrong with websites when not properly maintained and monitored.but it still survives;and will again
