It's kiffing season again!
double sifting - single screen dry sifting can produce excellent kif that many smokers are happy with...but run that kif through a finer mesh and the quality of the high improves immensely...just like comparing a standard 5 year old Scotch with a 17 year old single malt.
if you only have one screen then you can double or triple screen your rough kif to improve the purity too ...carefully card the kif over the same mesh ..stop working the kif when about 90% has fallen through each time. The trichomes are heavier and rounder so will pass through the mesh at a greater rate than the broken up plant matter...the remaining 10% on top of the mesh will contain a much higher % of debris and a lower % of trics.
another way is to use dual screen meshes...an ideal combo is Gypsy's latest stash box, 120 mesh and 145 mesh..and will produce has that is too sticky, too blonde and that is high octane rocket fuel for the brain.
and keep in mind that excellent dry sift is the result of good gardening, careful handling during harvesting, drying and curing and a good kiffing technique.
and use a magnifying glass to monitor your progress when making hash!

but OMFG!!! You guys will never believe what just happened to me...unbelievable!!!
Y'all got to pray for me, man....
So I come home today from snowboarding at the local mountain and my gal is hanging out...quite stoned might I add....a bit more stoned that usual.....I think to myself...meh...she probably just hit up one of my hawaiian indica nugs(that's what I have on top of the screen in my box at the moment).
So I go to my stash box because I wanted to vape some of the JH dry seive that you saw in my first post....
....turns out my hunch about my gal being a bit more stoned than usual was spot on......SHE HIT ALL MY GEAR! And then thinks she's gonna replace it by grinding a couple of nugs...lol....clearly I'd know there was juuuuust a bit missing.
Needless to say I was a bit irritated. And needless to say that she's been cut off from the gear....well....was cut off...
She offered to make it up to me...but we shant be talkin' about those things on the site :wink:....this isn't the local porno store. lol
So today after snowboarding I was forced to reload that damn tray with sticky goodness....and here it is, folks....in all it's glory....

But I was pretty annoyed at first....so in her honour....I've entitled this pile bitch-seive. lol *pssst...don't tell her that's what I called it*
Now the box is under lock and key....I can't have her smokin' all my good chit! Have I stepped over the line, folks? Am I being too harsh on her?

Heck no! your not being too hard. I don't care about sharing my stash, as long as if someone decides to smoke off it, leave a bit for me so I can get high too. I hate when people are greedy.

Here's some dried and cured killer queen nuglets of mine and the beginning of the kiff pile that will slowly build as I grind more budz. Very potent stuff. The only thing that pisses me off about the killer queen I had was that I didn't make any seeds...After judging the sheer potency of the bud, it has proven to be a big mistake on my part.

I made this from Mod Bx, White widow and Blue Mystic. Only a small amount.
In real life its a lot paler, but the sun was a bit strong for taking pic's.
