no, i was lazy and knew i'd be educated about him sooner or later after posting.

the only reason i posted it is because it fits with circumstantial evidence. there is no surge in hospitalizations and deaths anymore. all the graphs show that death hospitalization and death rates are no longer spiking. so either we are developing some kind of acclimatization to it, or its a weaker version, or its younger people getting it who are less effected. either way the fact is that even though numbers are going up, death rates are not.

If you are going to post random youtube clips that don't even identify who the person speaking is, then surely you can expect people to check this out. What's suspicious about that? All I am doing is researching something that you put up on a public forum. It seems obvious that you didn't check it out yourself.

As for the French doctor saying Coronavirus is no longer a threat, a simple check will tell you that it is. Yes it has slowed, but there are lockdowns in many places in the world, including France, that may somewhat explain this. When that same doctor is also mired in controversy with his peers calling him "barking mad", this needs to be brought to light. Here is a news article about the current situation in France. death rates could be the same because folks do not travel as much with the virus & quarantines, fewer car wrecks etc. or they could be higher, i have seen no numbers RE total deaths.

i never said any of that, i never said you have to disprove or prove anything. its fully up to you what you do.

speaking of which, the head of my cities main hospital has come out and said the whole province and even country needs to start wearing masks, not only on public transport, but in shops and indoor venues too, in restaurants you can sit at your table and eat without a mask, but if you stand up you will have to put it on. actually indoor restuarants are struggeling, no one wants to risk it inside, but the terraces street vendors and garden restaurants are full.,

so far the swiss health ministry has not announced any expansion to the mask recommendations, but with the expanding numbers i wouldn't be surprised. although we still have very low mortality, the expanding case numbers are a worry. as long as they don't tell me to wear it in bright sunlight on the street with no one within 6 feet, i'll accept the recommendation, at least for now.

Trouble is that people inform themselves with opinion that they often get from unreliable sources such as youtube clips, or sites with a particular political philosophy, whilst ignoring expert scientific opinions from people that actually know what they are talking about. Contrary to what you say there still are very good mainstream news and sites with legit information. Too many buy into this bullshit that unreliable sources put out. It is in their interest to call mainstream sources fake. Basically they are making money out of gullible fools either through their sites, products, or books.

The amount of join the dots "logic" that I read on here is just incredible. Somehow opinion seems worth more than facts. And it is frankly laughable that people think they can somehow discover these truths with no idea about what is credible and what isn't. Most of these folk with no formal education about what real research is.
