if its not the heat, then its the cold, if its not hot and humid at the same time.
i had too many issues with the temps, and ambient weather conditions in my grow area. all of the tops of my plants turned a light brown after the last hot/humid days we've been having in my area of NJ. BB is busted so there's no way for me to get a heads up from weatherbug like i needed and was accustomed to.
FLOWER CAB
i had 12xNL in 2gl DWC/flower, under a 400MH inside a 4x7 box that sits inside of an uninsulated area, so what ever was happening outside was double for my inside and damned near triple for the 4x7 box that had a hot ass light in it . . . i tried to make it work and it wasnt gonna happen so lesson learned.
VEG CAB bottom area
12xNL's in veg in a bubbler, with 2xNL moms and 8xNL plants that were in hempy style mixture in beer cups and the same thing happened where all the tops turned brown.
VEG CAB top area
had 7xNL in the same hempy mixture/beer cup container setup and they all had light brown dried out tops.
its been about a month now and they havent made any attempts to recover. sprayed the tops to foliar feed, i tried adding some epsom salts to one of the buckets in flower and its been the end of about 2wks and theres been no response of reversal of the conditon of the plant tops so im done. Ive come to terms with that AND more so what i will need to do for a better return on my investment and time going forward
and you know what aswell? i like to reinvent myself and ive been mulling it over and i think i was taking this whole site a little too seriously anyway and wanted more from it, so im gonna come back with a renewed focus and attitude towards the site and not as FRIENDinDEED
so this is me saying farewell to FRIENDinDEED and you can too!
im gonna leave this up for a good month or so and check on it periodically as im taking an online class anyway.
