5o pound quarters grab em if its clean and not too wet (ie wasnt just chopped down last night like my shady cousin was showing me l;ast week telling me its great- he knows nothing abiout me so it was funny listening to him talk crap-its a pity too coz it was cheese but badly mistreted bagged up wet and left to fester....) id be snatching those 50n pound quarters up.... her its 20 quid an eigth all the way up-no weight andf usually mediocfre to utter bollocks..... me im back outta the cycle for a while but know my stash will inevitably run out and ill be back out there....
i reckon 25 an eitght is fair fopr very good well treated DRY weed and its got to actully be 3.5 grams, not 3, not 25 because the ounce was more xensive, but 3.5... lol i had someone trying to tell me it was ok to call 2.5 an eight....i said how is it it...an eighth of what??? moron

ngakpa, you're right about Bristol, always seems to be good herb about for decent prices. The problem is I cant always travel 100 miles for bud. Thus you're forced to pay extortionate prices, currently £20 for 2gs of Cheese, I mean Id rather pay that than the same price for 3gs of wet unfinished bullshit. Its one thing to say stop paying rip off prices, but if theres no alternative then what are you going to do?
Although I don't live anywhere near Bristol - I used to have a few mates who went to Uni there. I must have picked up over 10 times from various "weed on wheels" services there and it's always been poor bud. But same in quality to stuff I've picked up in Birmingham, London, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

peoples' lack of interest in Moroccan crap brought the price of that back to what it should be - about £40 for one oz
and for the latest rebranding of some candy sweet overfertilised Afghan Skunk stuff it's £25 on the "eighth" - which can mean anything down to 2.5g of wet green garbage
if national minimum wage (for over 22) is £5.52 per hour, then that's close to a day's work for 3.5g of bud, (or less)

Just found myself a new dealer. And thank f**k I have. I was buying average weed at around £25 the 1/8th. Now im paying £20 for proper bud. Bought some hydro bubblegum on saturday and my god that s**t was awesome. Had me giggling non stop! Brilliant grass.
Just prooves that England isn't really dry, Its a case of finding the right people thats all. Good luck finding yourself a dealer worth knowing.

I'm in the south west England, not too far from Exeter. The bud here is terrible. £10 for a gram I've been getting. Recently it's been laced with Salvia for a prank I suppose.
A few friends of mine bought some, rolled up and had a few tokes. They all just went into another world. Apparently one of my friends remembers having a toke, then a sphere just trapped his head and he started getting scared. He tried to escape the sphere and just dropped into some strange place. He said the rest was fairly vague. I'm sure it was Salvia. I'm sure there's no Cannabis causing that, so I'm really not sure. I'm just glad I didn't have any though.
The dealers are all little gits. I spent £20 on some yesterday, and there's a bit of actual bud in there but apart from that it's just a lot of leaves.

anyway, just to redress the balance a bit here - where I am in the UK we can get dry 3.5g well grown indoor buds for £20 from a mobile 'dealer', another source with Indian charas, clean blondish Moroccan, and Thai... another who can get various types of indoor bud, occasionally good Moroccan "pollen", dubious Indian charas, plus strong African occasionally... and that's all within ten minutes driving distance...
and I'm about as "connected" as Bill Grundy, so I don't know what the fuck's going on in the bits of England you lot are from.... over-zealous police chiefs maybe?

I'm just assuming it was Salvia because I don't know of anything else that would look even remotely like Cannabis that would make somebody literally not know anything that was going on and have a full-blown trip.
I think this dry spell is because near where I'm from there has apparently been a series of small growers with just a few plants getting raided as well as one much bigger grower a few months back. I have a feeling the smaller personal growers are just as big a target as the commercial growers by the police nowadays.
