Before a recent move I had Heroin junkies living below me...sad part was they ranged in age from17 to mid 20s. Long story is this was a NICE place....not somewhere you would expect a junkie. In any case OVERDOSE's were common....I would say every other day an ambulance arrived...took one of the idiots....but NEVER arrested anyone.
Now mind you I live above all this....and it kinda screws up your high when cops and ambulances are everywhere.
NOT ONE TIME did they arrest any of them.........NEVER. IN fact they would be home from the hospital within a few hours....I just dont understand.
But if you had a bong....your ARRESTED. Pa is a terrible state for POT.

The latest craze is the fentanyl mixer with yer smack and lots of people in the big cities are dying from the mix. Dont know what it is about hearing other junkies dying from some new mix that makes all the others want to get it? Same thing happened with the china white blend about 15 years ago.

haaa verite...so funny you say that cuz it reminds me of a incident few yrs back when our local P.D was warning people of this nasty heroine that was going around..was so pure that there was a huge increase in overdose deaths...so what do the junkies do??? they crave the shit and go out in droves looking for it. we had a epidemic in the papers for like 2 months..they were finding a dead junkie a day..lol

Some of the most intelligent people I've ever met have been heroin addicts...that must be some powerful shit! Needle exchange programs and methadone clinics are definitely a good thing.

haha nah...there's no correlation between intelligence and drug use...that's like saying "smart stoner" is oxymoronic...smart, dumb, rich or poor, everyone uses drugs. i didn't say EVERYONE who used heroin was smart..but i've met some very intelligent ex-addicts.

edit....let me explain. these people were very knowledgeable and experienced but still chose to go down that road...people say potheads are stupid too...one look around these boards and you'll see plenty of intelligent stoners.
