I started to get supplies but might have to hold off the pool run because my gals are gettin burly and my plans for the pool run were "High Pressure Areo Pool Of Pleasure" with 16 spray heads and SOG. But I just got a 8x8x10 built shed so my first run is gonna be all the bigguns then I'll tackle the pool jobby. I have the high pressure Aero stuffs but thats all then had to spend the rest of the funds on the shed.

There is no call for entries this contest will stay open to new entries the entire time.
To enter contest you have to post pictures of your pool/pools.
Not built.
Simply, that you have them in hand and ready.
You can have as many pools going as you like...
Judging
will be based on a mix of :
Creativity
Quality/quantity
Effectiveness of design
The grow thread/show
Again- Judged by your fellow members....
A 30 day poll started 4 days after the end of the contest will determine the winner of each prize.

Rules...
1) You have to use a Kiddie Pool ( A pool that hold at least 20 gallons of water ) At least 36" wide and or 8'' tall...
Fellow members will decide if a pool used does not qualify as a POOL.
2) The plants (Roots) must be grown in the Pool.
Cant just place 6 pots in a empty pool and use it as a catch tray.
Exemption _ Colosseum... The system must be in/using the pool...
3) All plants must be flowered in the pool.
4) The grow must be cut buy the end date and results shown on the last day.
(Either fresh cut or cured/weighed)
So as there is something by which to be judged.
The better the end,the better your chances of winning...
~~Contestants pool must be cut by the End Date as well in order to qualify for a spot on the Poll List.~~
You will have 4 days before the poll starts to gather Pictures and info for final judging...
I like things simple and believe in common sense...
I also believe that fellow members will help keep things real and stop those that might not want to play right (by the rules)... lol

5 months from the start date.
Giving time for longer Veg and bigger grows.
Prize...
A 50 pack of Border Haze seeds..

As for me...
I ran into issues with B_Mites... Yet...
The roots had already spread quite a lot and the growth was excellent and getting better by the day...
I had a chance to watch a seed germinate in the calcined clay with a EC of 1.8 being flooded every 90 minutes using Jacks Hydro and Cal/N....
This gets me thinking....
Veg from seed in pool would shorten the grow length...
I suspect by as much as 10 days,due to the growth rates the PPK system has already shown...
Just an opinion... Which needs to be confirmed of dispelled...
Im thinking of running a big ass SCROG using my 300W LED and a 4 65W CFL vert bulbs in pool #2
I already have beans popped to fill pool #1 and should be back in pool by the end of the month....
I have some Feminized GSC beans and this might be a good time to test them out with Pool 2...
Also in my head..
I got this crazy 4 level Colosseum sitting in a pool with the water feeding up and recycling through the pool...
No separate RES needed...
I even see a way to make it a PPK with a PWT using a gutter system with a set water level using over flow hole draining down to the pool... No float valve needed... Simply flood each pot and the drainage will build to the set PWT level and over flow down.
Think... Gmax wonder wall (Great work he did BTW) on PPK steroids...
Using a PVC frame and gutters...
Man,my minds eye kills me sometimes...
Needless to say this FAIL allows for all kinds of possibilities...
.
I could even see a 12/12 from seed running a couple 2-3 beans of 20 odd strains and get some real work done....

^^ unfortunatley i didnt get the turtle pool just a normal kiddie pool. But im locked cocked and ready to rock!! Ill be doing a multi strain grow, a few f13 f2s some mt. Rainer and some kobain kush and a couple unknown.
I missed out on this,.... Not that I've got the facility to do it indoors anyways,.....
None the less I will be watching along to see what I can do next summer...... (Looking at those smart pot 110 gallon raised bed pots and Blumat watering.

I dont know bout the price of the dog bone pool but when i grabbed my pool today i.wanted the turtle one.. They wanted $149.99!! I nearly shit myself . So i just got the 30 dollar blue round one. But the dog bone pool is awesome... Get it bro do your thing and rock that pool!!
