You might still be able to find some 4packs of pure C99 by FemaleSeeds. I haven't tried their 'version' of C99 but I've been impressed with their ICE, Northern Light and Grapefruit so I'm sure their C99 would be good.

Pheno, I think they're c99 is the worst xline they have. So I've heard.

Also I was lookin at a couple c99 grow shows and all the female seed c99 grows went sour. But yes, their grapefruit is very good.

Weed_Seed- Brothers Grimm made the original C99. You won't be able to get ahold of Grimm though cause they have dropped off the map. Many theories circulate regarding where they are currently but no one knows for sure.
