Where does "cat piss" originate?

catpiss haze- shantibaba is first place i heard of it. its still in certain strains.

The san diego cat piss is an indica leaning hybrid. Likely some kind "Kush" in there, this plant is reeky ammonia dank pissy funk. This one does not carry the "trademark" hazy pissy incense smell.

I think the SD catpiss got a write up in one of the Cannabibles?

FWIW I got a cut of Iron Cindy (KOS) that I thought had a catpiss and pineapple smell. Iron Cindy is Rusty haze (metal haze x Bubble and squeak which I think is CheeseX Bubblegum?) x C99 I believe. So def some haze influence in there.

Sorry only read 1st page so far, But 8+ years ago, I thought it was from A SSH Cross.. The only other 2 strains I would even think could pull off something that smelled like cat piss is maybe A Diesel or Skunk..

Old Mexican brick weed 20 years ago used to smell exactly like ammonia, from terpenes I guess and not mold or whatever? Thadocta has the codeblue it looks like and shanti has the super silver. I just might have to get them all Thanx for the suggestions!
