damn, I guess I just really can't fuck with a lot of this new shit LOL...and if that's what people are callin underground then I don't know what to say...I honestly didn't like hip hop at all until I got into underground, it was different...there was substance....people weren't droppin n bombs every other sentence(for whatever thats worth coming from a white boy, but it's not something I'm into)...actual well thought out metaphors, a message beyond getting money at all costs and belittling women...violence...etc...

I guess I'm on that weak shit man, but I love music that puts me in a positive state of mind...shit that's on my level, that I can relate too...

all this shit these days is some "boats and hoes" .....prestige..tige....worldwide...wide...so much of the lyrics of new hip hop were bit straight from old school shit with no shame either... I guess I'm expecting too much....these kids weren't even around when hip hop was raw

when i said everything i been hearing is weak thats just my opinion. If you aint got roots in the streets tho its understandable not to dig a lot of the shit, cuz its a whole different way of life, different struggle, and those on the outside lookin in dont always understand it.
