I use advanced nutrients sensi a & b , b-52, big bud, carbo load, vodoo juice and i get this weird gunk built up in my reservoir. My plants grow fine its just that i get all of this gunk. How can i get rid of it? What product/products is making is happen?

Are the roots slimy?

Looks like the nutes could have dyed the roots a bit.

If they do feel slimy, you got some rot going on.

Either way, I would recommend using Hydroguard in your rez.

If it is root rot, yeah your plants will die. Temps look fine in the rez.

Are the roots slimy? Or can you wash off the brown coloring?
Thats what we need to know.

They will grow. They will ripen. They will not be as big as they could tho.

Hydro is hard if it gets dirty and warm water. Maybe your res is at 63, but when the lights come on, maybe the water in the buckets (?) is getting warmer. Definitely shoud be using either hydrogen peroxide from hydro store or hydroguard which is safe for organic growing. It is definitely root rot.

might be just die from the nutrients.

Keep an eye out for easy to break roots, and a very noticeable "something aint right" slime

I still would use Hydroguard in your rez. It helps promote root health and virtually does away with any root rot worries. I used it in all my rez's when I did hydro. And still use it for my current soil grows.

Really? Is it only for protection or does it benefit the plant in any way?
What are the ingredients in that?

do i use it every week when i change my water? Is it too late to use it on this harvest?

What are your temps when flowering? I think you have bacteria in your system and any warmer water during the light cycle (stagnant water) will cause more of it to grow.
Dirty South is right, use it or h202 daily or pretty often, I don't know what the label for hydroguard says. I've never seen dyed roots, which nutes do that? It makes sense tho, since some of those liquid nutes are black and thick like watery molasses.

Use it in your rez every water change, right up untill you flush with plain water. And even then if you want to flush for longer period of time.

It may not revert the situation this grow, but before next batch, wash everything down good I'd say, just to start fresh, then use the hydroguard like DS said, per label or whatever.

Heres whats on the labels Jack,

Botanicare HydroGuard Bio-Fungicide

Hydroguard is a bio-fungicide water treatment that helps suppress and resist damping off diseases leading to root rot. Hydroguard is an all-natural biological stimulant that assists in the management of disease cycles. Unlike the use of fungicides alone, the use of Hydroguard breaks the chronic disease cycle while leaving no toxic residues. Hydroguard is also useful throughout a plants life in systems such as NFT or Aeroponics. Also excellent in Aeroponic Cloners! The product composition consists of: Bacillus subtilis, Paenibacillus polymxa, Bacillus circulans, and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The guaranteed analysis is: CFU/Gram 1.7Ex10-6.

C&P cause I'm lazy at times.

I use it in my soil when transplanting and initial planting of clones. Just to help keep the root area healthy and happy.

no hydroguard won't lock up your nutes.

Never used Piranha, so I cant offer any advice on that.

Both are good and do the same things. You can use Hydroguard with AN products.
Your roots are ok, I think it's as DirtSouth said Dye in the Addatives, Part A@B wont stain alone.
