What's a realist yield?

I didn't think taking cutting a week into flowering hurt the clones.

. When you say retarted what do you mean? They have a better chance of turing hermie?

(think I oughta look at the date befor I post???)

naaaaaaaaaaa

It's so much easier if they don't ever think flower let alone have to stop and turn around,,, ohhh well

won't help - but shouldn't cause a lot of problems- just take a lot of extra time.

next time it will be better - and just think - you goina smoke it anyways!!

Can you say continual harvest?

yum-yum on a regurarly schedualed basis!

1/4 gram per watt of light isn't great - but it's probably more than my first harvest. It gets better - fairly quickly once you get to the first harvest.

Don't stop now!

malik, I hope you don't mind that I answered your questions in this space. I took some new shots and have to show you pictures of the kids. It's inevitable, like death and taxes. Some long-winded sumbitch hijacks your thread.

<< I was wondering about your garden. I was looking at some of your pics in your gallery. You use a bubber to propagate your plants, then transplant to soil? I've heard of that before? If that's the case why?
>> Actually, that's a little perlite-water-wick cloner. That idea comes from Gr3atful Heads thread here on IC. You prepare the cutting normally - with or without cloning gel/powder - with or without a dome.

It works great. Find the thread. It's pretty long but is good and has like a gazillion testimonials from folks (including me) who said, "Prrraise Geeezus. I have seen the shining light for delivering clones upon this earth."
I've used the setup 4 times and my survival rate has been phenominal. I used to be a real clone hitman. My success rate was less than 50%. I guess the answer to 'why' is because the roots looked SO more advanced in size and development that I threw them in 1-gal and 2-gal pots and they took off immediately. {all the good growers tell us "It's in the roots."} I cloned 8 plants at one point hoping 4 would live. 8/8 lived. My 4 Blue Mystics are averaging 45 inches tall after 42 days veg and 28 days flowering. I took some pix today. I've grown the BMs four different times and these are BY FAR the best looking results.

It's a small grow closet that has 6 ft of usable headroom. I have some FMS Grapefruit beans I want to get planted one day soon. I want some Sativa.

<<You said you run a perpetual garden with a 400hps. How many plants do you have under the light?
>> Six plants at various stages of flowering are in my small closet currently. (4) BM at 42/28, an FMS White Widow at 84/52, another WW clone at 56/18. The growspace is about 2.5 ft X 2.5 ft. It is cramped right now. 3-4 plants would probably work most efficiently. I plant a seed or make a few clones every 4-6 weeks and hope I'll have some doobage somewhere down the road.

<< One zip a month? The plants I saw in your gallery were more than one zip a month. I was a little shocked to hear that. I was also shocked that my grow yielded under 200g.
>> I might underestimate cause I don't normally weigh anything. I've got one of those cheapie contraptions for weighing but seldom use it. This grow looks to be a fatter harvest in January. My plants really took off when I switched to a more organic soil mix. I've been using a basic BOG recipe and adding mushroom compost and Holy Batshit, Batman. I just gave them some guano tea for the first time this weekend. They're racing around in the Batmobile and I can't catch them.

Here's a pic of my 2 small Mom boxes. I made 'em out of some bedside stands. They've been extremely useful and versatile for my grow efforts.

This old box started out life as a bookcase in a high school for boys and girls from hell. I rescued it, enclosed it with doors and used it as my first grow/flower room BEFORE I became a closet grower. Now, it's in my laundry room working as an "in-between" sized vegbox. It is 4' long X 1' deep and I can veg plants to about 2 1/2 ft tall in there. These 3 plants (from seeds) in the bullpen have been waiting for their turn in the rotation. The Skunk is a newbie.

Dope. Ummm, good.
